Kumail Nanjiani is ripped for The Eternals

- New photos have just been released of Kumail Nanjiani, who was seemingly spotted leaving the gym with a really impressive physique.
Back in December 2019 he shocked a lot of people with his initial body transformation, going from a regular physique to being in extremely good shape.
This was all done as preparation for his role as Kingo in the upcoming movie, The Eternals, which is part of the next phase in the Marvel Universe.
He was noted as saying he wanted to put on a lot of muscle for the role, so he could believably hang with more established Marvel heroes like Thor and Captain America.
Now not only has he maintained his condition, but he seems to have actually continued to build on his size too.
This is really impressive as it shows he has adopted a new long term lifestyle with his training and nutrition, rather than simply getting into shape short term for a single movie role.
Regarding his transformation, he said on Instagram...
“I never thought I’d be one of those people who would post a thirsty shirtless, but I’ve worked way too hard for way too long so here we are. You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain”.
Kumail has since created content around his training and nutrition with Men’s Health, and attributes a lot of his success to celebrity trainer David Higgins and his team.
The Eternals is now in post production, and is scheduled for release in November 2021.

What do you think of Kumail Nanjiani's transformation?
absolutely fantastic
Steroids do the body good. Don't blame him, millions on the line.
Dude has gone from friendly looking nerd to swole monster
Hahah true
LOL
The Marvel effects. Look at Chris Pratt
Those JUICE boxes are paying off! Good job on using gear to look the part, I'd do it for millions as well.
Eternally roided
I’d love to know the TRT parameters his doctor used when he got his prescription for TRT lol MINT
I know, right? Considering he's 43 and he seemingly had no prior training base, it definitely seems like he was helped with some pharmaceuticals...
didn't get a notification for this but luckily saw it by chance tonight. tbh I've never heard of the guy lol, but he looks awesome :)
I knew of him, and just thought of him as a regular sized comedian. He looks amazing now, crazy transformation!
@@LukeSherran yer, nearly as good as me lol. Jokes !!!!!
that's insane
Yep!
His god tier genetics must have been repressed by his lifestyle and lack of test lmfao
Just the good old Hollywood chicken and broccoli diat with extremly hard workouts that only Hollywood actors can do. Only they can put 20 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks.
Guy is jacked!
Definitely
Wow
I hate it when the comments on these videos immediately say "roids", without taking into account the dedication, training and diet that goes into these transformations....
however in this case...
ROIDS!!!
20221 🤯😂
All Natty 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I guess that's what happens when you become friends with Dave Bautista.
kingo is japanese
It should be played by a Japanese.
I don't know why they changed it to Indian.
I know japanese get mad 😂
He is clearly on steroids (or other drugs)
Can't believe people were saying he is natural
Apparently he takes steroids. Would prefer if he just admitted it instead of letting making people believe you can archieve this naturally. I worked out years in the gym with consistency and could only dream of getting this physique in 1 year.
Do you really think he’d want to lose his job from admitting something illegal
@@Karen-jj4fr Fair point. Don't think he'd lose his job over this though. It's Hollywood, this is normal over there.
@Noble Khanzahdah Probably they do but this is by far the craziest Hollywood transformation to ever happen in 1 year. I would include Christian Bale but since he used to be buff before he got skinny and then buff again it doesn't really count as there was muscle memory in play. Kumail's transformation is ( even with steroids ) unbelievable
