Sweep.a config into the camera? I really don't know what you mean?
Hey Paul. When I get a new camera, I go through all the menus and set it up the way I like. Then I save that setup to C1.
What happens if while using my camera in none of the Custom (C1, C2 etc) modes, I change a whole slew of things. To reset them, I must go to every menu and change it all back.
Being able to restore the stored settings in C1 back to the camera with a few clicks, is sweeping that C1 config back into the camera. And saves a lot of time.
@@TonyPhillipsPhoto But why can't you just set it to whatever Custom setting you want and have those settings. In other words, why does it matter what the non-custom config settings are?
Hey @@MrPjtmac . Here's why that is a bit of a problem. Try this. Set up a Custom Setting. And as part of that setting, use the A exposure mode. Now, whilst using that custom setting, try switching to P mode. There is a way. But it means diving into the custom setting settings to do it.
I really like this camera. It's just that this bit isn't quite right yet. In all previous Fuji cameras, this is a complete non-issue.
How would you possibly remember 7 custom settings anyway!? Been shooting professionally for 16 years & i have never had the need for custom settings. To me its only over complicating your camera. It you need to change white balance just learn were that is and learn to memorize it, I think it’s important to learn your camera and muscle memory all the settings so u can never get stuck or lost.
The other day i had to help another photographer on how to change there memory cards data setup from back up to simultaneous because they only brought one card and the camera kept saying empty card slot 2 and they couldn’t shoot. and he couldn’t work out which custom settings blah-blah.
I just went straight into the Data save menu and showed him.
The only custom button i have ever setup is the back button focus. Thats it.
Do you have any idea if you can shoot this camera above 1/60 sec when using e-silent shutter
mode under LED interior lights without getting banding - that is the question that nobody wants to answer
