he looked like he was legit trying to get somewhere, had he wanted to end his life he likely would have sat of to the side then pulled out in front of a large vehicle at the ''right'' moment , but he could have taken a surface street, or even in a major emergency, he could have used the shoulder the far right hand side, and not taking up a full regular driving lane .
