Love the podcast Daniel. Keep it up. They have to do something about the housing situation. Barcelona, The Canary Islands, Balearics etc are over run with wealthier outsiders buying up all the housing stock and/or renting it out for airbnb etc. In the Canary Islands there is "tourists out" Graffiti appearing in many locations, with protests in Tenerife scheduled for 20th April.
Glad you like the podcast! I don't know what the government is going to do here... a lot of their great ideas don't seem to work.
The wealthy foreigners are definitely inflating the housing market in the "sun" locations. Tenerife, Majorca, Marbella etc.
I think although I don’t like Sánchez at all that is a good thing for Spaniards
