What are some actual details of the NY experience? Personally I am very into NYC. Would you consider that or is it too crowded of a fast lane? Too much competition? Where exactly in NY did you pick up your bargain parcel? Do you have specific anecdotes about NY or New England area? The states that interest me the most are South Carolina (North Charleston), NYC Long Island City (Queens boro), Philadelphia Penns, and Virginia Beach VA. The reason is because I m shopping for schools to attend, those places are close by universities I would like to be located at. The problem for me is commuting accross the state, if I am already situated in Virginia Beach or wherever.
Hey Marchand, It's been a bit of time since that parcel, so i cant speak to how it is this year, but the process is so similar throughout all the states, you just need to start diving in and getting familiar with the process. I always recommend people start in their backyard, as that's the easiest to get to, and get the whole process down before moving to a different state!
