  • The plaintiff has been married to the defendant for 10 years, but then he cheated on her with one of her best friends. She wants a divorce, and she’s suing her estranged husband for stolen property. The defendant says the plaintiff is just angry he doesn’t want her, and while he admits to cheating, he insists the plaintiff cheated too.

Sometimes you have to learn the type of person you're dealing with. Some will create endless chaos and relationship drama, making promises without really intending to keep them in that _"what you don't know won't hurt you"_ kind of way. Whereas they may sporadically and unpredictably disappear randomly and at will, they always return to home base, essentially doing their own thing without having any intention of actually leaving the relationship for good. These are the ones that will actually need a little *_push_* to get going as they're not actually going to leave on their own - or you could stay as some choose to do.

It was emotional for her because she wants to keep him around. She doesn’t want to feel like a failure. I’ve been there. Very emotional because I wanted to move on, but didn’t want to stay & remain unhappy. Stuck in a hard place of “what will my children think” “Scared to not have the little to no support that I was getting that I made fit our equation” It’s a lot. Then he let her know that he really doesn’t care by saying don’t fall for that and now she has to man up. I completely understand the tears and emotions.

Hopefully she really gets her divorce, b/c any asset she acquires during the legal marriage is considered joint property. Let him spend time with the children at his own place and or out of the home. Draw up a 50/50 parenting plan and let him see that children care does take work [ 3.5 days with you and 3.5 days with him]; then let us see if he can travail tru to being a good daddy and not a cheater bum
Get that divorce, you are not compatible and he is showing his fruit. Do not let because you have children with this unfruitful husband will make the relationship better.
Look at how he took the items without even asking and reasoning; who does this, especially when the kids are involved and seeing such; plus witnessing the distress upon their mother. He is just a deadbeat,
Girl RUN RUN RUN RUN back to the courthouse and file that divorce, split any assets and get your name back, heal, move forward and pray that a fruitful man will love you and your kids how a Queen should be loves, valued, respected, cherish, to show the children the difference

Pathetic. plus making EXCUSES for him because she wants to keep that unfruitful marriage due to the kids
She must not be praying but arguing with him. Let him keep the items taken. Doesn't he know that the children seeing all this mess and conflict and at the end they are the ones to suffer and have trauma and all sorts of setbacks because their parents couldn't get their acts together for healing and forgiveness for peacefulness

Her true colors came out at the end. I saw right through her after she tried the fake crying game. She is VERY selfish. Notice how she keeps saying MY MY MY

@Lurking In Da Comments notice how she says when he was working & brought the money home it was all good. Soon as the man fell on hard times she suddenly wants a divorce & she’s tired of him ?? Men are not loved. They are tolerated because they provide. Once we can’t provide the world has no use for us

@Lurking In Da Comments no. The first thing that happens is the bi**h at home starts complaining because the bread ain’t coming. This lady didn’t have a problem with him until he stopped “working hard”. Aka didn’t have no money to give her. If you ask me he needs to Gtf away from here
