stacking dimes , run the pool in a cursive C shape. always leaves a porn weld with gas. You may need to turn your amps down. Always hard to look amazing with flux splatter though.
Are you using the flux core wire? Just curious if the welds were strong enough, because that's what I weld with too and wasn't sure about doing anything structural with it.
@@TheInsox I didn't say you couldn't weld small stuff. I said it's for large metal. I don't know what .5 sheet metal is where I'm from you measure it in gauge.

Flux core is for large structural welding. That and stick. Given your machine has enough power.
@@The412Devil I weld 0.5 and 0.8 sheet metal with flux core without a problem.
