Hello mam
I've followed your buttercream recipe for piping flowers..and the consistency is too runny to pipe anything...here in Bangladesh still too hot weather maybe that's why It's more runny but what to do..I've kept the buttercream in the fridge not the freezer.. Should i put it to rest in the freezer?
What perfect timing! I can’t believe you just posted this yesterday. I was looking for a recipe that I could use to practice piping flowers (my summer project). Thank you so much for such detailed directions. This will be my first attempt at this, so wish me luck!
You're welcome if you have any more questions feel free to ask good luck on your piping Journey 😊💐
I made this buttercream it is v grainy how to avoid this grains
@@uzmaqadir4080you have to make sure you sieve the icing sugar before adding it to the butter I use a large metal sieve and push it through with a large spoon you can do it twice so it's nice and fine it does take a little time but you do end up with a nice smooth buttercream it's trial and error you can mix it a little longer if you wish but you then must let it rest for 24 hours in the fridge so the air can drop out when you bring it back to room temp if it's still to hard to mix place what you require in a microwavable tub and soften at 5 second increments then when you mix use a spatula and push it against the pot rather than mixing if that makes any sense x
Mam what to do if the buttercream is too runny..will it be okay after resting in the fridge or will be the same runny conditioned@@cakesprinklescakeaway
