I would do the same thing the couple you talked to would. Use the smaller bedroom for an office. This is a great size for a retired couple who don’t want to spend the whole weekend cleaning the house.
Love the livingroom. Finally someone thought about a broom closet! Like the tile in the bathroom. Primary is nice. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour!
Kinda what I am looking for. However, I would also, need a shower and a whirlpool tub in the main bedroom including french doors off the kitchen so one could eventually add a deck, fireplace, and flat screen... Darealdeal
Nice looking home. I would want that 2nd bedroom to be a little larger. 9x8' is real small. I also think that living and dining room have A LOT of windows. In the hot summer, all that summer coming in will turn that living room into a magnifying glass without dark drapes all over. Imagine getting those windows replaced 20 to 25 years down the road. Going to be expensive with so many windows. If less windows are an option, I would go with less windows on it.
I really don’t understand where they get this price. Cheap appliances. Cheap Formica counters. Have those windows don’t open. It’s nice but it’s not 150 nice
😊Very lovely home the "Serenity". Just my size, just pricey yet it is high end finishings. Thanks for the view, Nate.😊

Hey.... You're just North of us!!! Cute home..
Beautiful home, but where does the rain and snow go when both sides angle like that? I really love this not tiny tiny home
From what I saw it wil run back towards where the 3/12 roof is and thn from there into the gutters they have in that area.
It would be cool to see them so that on some larger homes and see how it looks.
lovely home, I would change a few things -- like a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a full en suite. otherwise yeah ! lovely !
Nice porch!!! Perfect size house for me.

I would have to see if an island (with additional doors and drawers) could be fitted in where they have the table situated. 😊
Broom closet and wife's closet
Not liking the half bath in the master and nowhere to store your food. That's a deal breaker although the rest is nice
No dishwasher? 😥

Definitely Not worth that price!
Disappointed not a true master bathroom. A cute starter home for one person with a small child. Second bedroom lack a true closet space.
