This is Ar. Amruta Nagpure, Masters in Infrastructure Design from IIT Kharagpur, and today is Architectural Wednesday.
This is a 3BHK Housing designed on an area of 30 x 50 feet. The total built-up area of housing is 1580 sq feet. The Ground floor consists of Parking and front porch, living room, Dining with the backyard swimming pool and seat out, kitchen with wash area, Master bedroom, and attached toilet. The first floor consists of the family room, Kid's bedroom, Balcony, and a master bedroom with an attached toilet and balcony. The best part is the terrace garden with evening dining seating.
