I have to disagree w traction , I 100% believe that the AE 1 was much better than the JA 1 traction . Even on dust they were getting hard stops, but in my JA 1’s I was sliding
I have both of these shoes. I will say the Ja’s shocked me quite a bit. To have such cheap feeling materials and the most basic cushion of every notable shoe, I thought they would hoop poorly. The fit especially around the toe is so snug but everything about this shoe works on court. Best traction I’ve experienced and the lightweight nature allows you to feel so fast. The only concern is cushion which already isn’t the best isn’t going age well.
The AE1 on the other hand feels perfect in every way. The negative is the weight but it doesn’t feel as heavy as they are, unless you are switching out of something extremely lightweight. My top shoe list right now is 1. Puma Clyde All Pro 2. Lebron 20 3. Harden 7 4. AE1 5. Sabrina 1 6. Nike PG6 7. Jordan Zoom Seperate 8. Ja1 9. Jordan Zion 2 10. Puma Melo 2
Hi I'm a average size fast guard. What shoe do you think is better for me the sabrina 1 or the ae 1 and do you think the weight is a big problem with the ae 1?
@@Raily_-dj5fh so far the weight of the AE1s not only hasn’t been a problem but I haven’t felt it in feet at all. That said, I also play in the Hardens a lot and I don’t feel the weight until I’ve played multiple games or practiced for hours. Even then they aren’t heavy but the you might start to get a little fatigued. Even with that said I’d rather go with the AE1s ONLY if you are more of a side to side player or are bouncy. The responsiveness of the cushion is better and the traction is as good as it gets. Now if you aren’t incredibly shifty then I’d say the Sabrina 1s, because you barely feel like they are on and the way they hug your feet while being lightweight I feel incredibly fast. They are a softer Ja 1 with actual GREAT cushion.
@@DubbsWorld Thanks for replying! Right now i'm playing in the JA 1s and i love them but i'm looking for a shoe that's like the Ja 1s with better cushion and that stil going to make me feel fast , explosive and bouncy. I have always played with Light shoes. So although the ae 1 sounds amazing me feeling tells me to don't risk it and go with the Sabrina 1s.
For sizing pre 2014 nikes(mainly jordans 1,3,5,6,10 and 14) I was a size 13 men's with advancements in sneaker technology most nikes im a size 14 today and this goes for other brands too(adidas, puma) but certain shoes such as the Luke 1 I can still wear a size 13. I think it's because today basketball sneakers are more trying to fit to your whole foot. With Ja 1 I ordered a 13.5 and had to break it in before I could wear it size 14 was perfect out the gate and I got the AE 1 14 too like butter out the box
i hope Ja will learn from his mistakes. Hes an elite talent. To give him credit, flashing some guns in front of a camera isnt thr end of the world. Some players do far more and receive less punishment

Personal preference of court. My blue pair of Ja1 is elite zero issues.
Both have elite traction but ae1 has a slight edge for me
Which colorway of the ja 1 do you have?
@@martylmao day one JA 1 the blue ones
Real my ja 1s I be sliding and they brand new

does harden 7 have better cushion than ae1s?
@@jjoshuaoliva I think it’s about the same. The cushion in the Hardens feel very slightly thicker.

What would you recommend, the adidas A.E 1, the Lebron Witness 8 or the Lebron nxxt gen for the Position 4/5?
AE1 best ankle stability
Is the AE good for shooters?
I bought the ja 1 yesterday they are fire 🔥 that mesh upper reminds me of the kyrie 1
I have some wide toes, do you recommend me the ja or the ae 1 ?
AE1

How tall are you bro? I am 179cm wearing US 10.5 for JA 1, they are pretty good for the price. BTW, where do you play?
I’m 6 foot 2. I play in several gyms here in Canada
@@snkrtechtalk6005 thanks for replying. So the gym is located in different cities or just Calgary?

i am a big guard ja 1 or ae 1
Can you compare the ae 1 to the AJ 38, LBJ 21 and the P1plus?
Price points are vastly different so it wouldn’t be that fair of a comparison
Love that adidas set the price at $125, come on Nike 🧐
AE 1 🔥
Ja1
They did ant dirty with that design ugly as hell
3 players ill never ever endorse ja Zion and wade

why wade?
One of the most bounciest and fastest player and you wouldn’t wear a shoe that’s for his performance?
should i get AE1 or Curry 2 Retro? i play on a dusty court and wanna feel fast and agile
