Hey mate thanks! I'm using a brand called Neef Sable Brushes from Sri Lanka. I mostly use sizes 0 and 1's but also use 2's and 4's for larger areas on the minis. Hope this helps. :)
It's one of those Anniversary minis done a while back you can probably pick it up on ebay I'm sure there are some floating about. Her name is Anasta Malkorion Vampire Lord. Hope it helps. :)

However this is not on armour so expect a video on it in a couple of weeks. It will be on the Soulblight Vampire on foot models armour. Hope this helps. :)
