I'm a big fan of Genesis and I love what they are doing. I think they are going to take quite a lot of Germans brands customers especially with the price. As an Audi A7 driver I guess I would really consider the G80 if I was changing like for like but I need to drive and see one first. I guess that was a long winded answer to a simple question and I guess I haven't answered the question. Hahaha.
@@onthebuses Lexus has strange tradition of "constructing" much toooooo long front overgangs IMO. This looks ugly. And I would prefer to avoid cars from EU, USA and Japan on... moral and historical grounds. 👍

A brilliant review of a great car Anna. The shape of the car with the concave rear light area looks great as does the style of rest the body. It sounds like it's one of those rare breed of cars that works for the rear passengers as well as the driver. Editing and production has moved up a level from an already high standard set by your previous content. You really should be picked up by the mainstream as your production is far superior to many. Absolute fabulous review Anna. What a stunning saloon the G80 is and very very luxurious from inside to outside which you wouldn't expect anything less from Genesis. I'm not surprised when you said that a ex Bentley designer designed the G80. Gorgeous flowing lines from the exterior and those Genesis quad lights and there always seems to be a V shape somewhere in the design like the boot button. Stunning interior and now know what they are like its going to be top quality and look like a masterpiece even though I haven't seen the G80 but you kinda said that. Sounded awesome in sport mode and sounds like its got a lot of guts in her. I does look like a very bumpy roads that you was driving on. Pretty good MPG for that engine size. The G80 sounds like an absolutely a steal at that prise. It looks like Lady Anna really like the G80. So is there a trip to America or Canada for the G90 or the GV80 which is a massive SUV? I guess you are now speaking fluent in French now as it looks like you spending a lot of time in the south of France/ Monaco? I remember you saying it on a comment to me ages ago when I said I think it's amazing that you are replying in lots of language. Oh yeah thanks for the tip about down shifting on steep hills and saving on the brakes as my new job I'm driving on some steep hills. Brilliant video as always. Anna on Friday? Anna any day of the week is fine by me. I would go with the Havana Brown interior, too. We share great taste. You can buy three of the G80s compared with its direct competitors. That alone should make it a consideration on any buyer's list.
Europe is not an easy market, we are stubborn and very much brand brain-washed. However, slowly but surely Genesis is becoming more and more appreciated.
Hi Anna. I know you said the pick of the Genesis range is the G90 but without driving any of them I would suggest the G70 as it is based on the Kia Stinger. Nice looking car and other than the resale value I would pick this car over the German brands. They are simply over priced for what they are and I think the closest rival for the Genesis brand is not the German 3 but Lexus which often gets overlooked when it comes to luxury brands.
Hi Tom, I do like the G70 but they need to update the interior in the G70. Currently it is a little below the class of the G80, GV60, GV70 etc. Very true that, Lexus! I absolutely love Lexus. They've been rubbish with me in Poland, not giving me any cars, shame.

OK, wiem został podzielony, zrestrukturyzowany itp. Ale jak się znów nie wezmą w garść to pozostanie im już tylko rywalizowanie z co najwyżej średnią klasą czterodrzwiowych wozideł.... It was a good idea to copy BMW in ye olden days. But copying the WRONG turning rev counter, and the ugly double head light design, I'm not sure any more. Anyway, still pretty good looking 😋
The worst purchase I have ever made is my purchase of a 2021 Genesis GV 80. Once we left the lot..........they don't give a damn. If your service departments cannot uphold the brands name, CHANGE MANUFACTURERS.
