The market has reduced hours since March 2020. There are great vendors including some farmers. There is at least four cheese vendors. One meat vendor sells Halal meat. There is also some specialty vendors selling Jewish food, Mexican, Indian, Japanese and Portuguese.

I really need to get down to the market! I used to go every couple of weeks with my hubby. Love seeing the Birks clock in a prominent place.
Haven't been down there in years. Nice to see the old Birks clock prominently displayed. Looks like they have more places to sit and enjoy a beverage. Don't know if they validate parking.

The market is just as shown! I have never seen any mess or anything out of place and the produce and meats and dairy are always reasonably priced!
If you haven't been there already, I hope you pay a visit to the market; you will love it!
Love Hamilton's Farmer's Market. Although that parking garage outside would be better put to converted and used as a multi-use skyscraper to generate tax revenue for the city.
I love the market! I live outside of Hamilton but make a special trip out that way just to shop there. Everyone who works there is really nice and you will always get high quality products, while directly supporting their sources. I highly recommend the artisan shop, Sam's Cheese and Meats, Lina's Pastries and Coffee, and Jepson's Fresh Meats (their steaks are amazing!)
Thanksgiving might be over in Canada, but we're still hungry in the United States.
