Mine tries to throw me off in first gear. It almost jumps it over revs then grabs. It'll do that right away in first gear. I'm gonna try this.
Is any way to add a electric gear selector indicator to this engine?

When I tried to free the gear selector arm, shaft it seems to be resisting. Won't free up.
