    Jesus. Accountability is out the window these days. When caught on a camera 3 feet from your face, your voice saying you’re “5,000% sure” you want your husband dead, when the evidence is absolutely irrefutable, people still lie and blame it on someone else. It’s infuriating how cowardly these people are.

He could have just defended Dalia's right to get a fair trial, that they don't charge her more than what she deserves. But NOooo It's a Reality Show BS. F* you for trying mr. lawyer.

      @@KikomochiMendoza he's an incredibly good lawyer. If the defendant asked the lawyer to build a defense of entrapment, and the lawyer feels entrapment is the best standing argument, then that's exactly what he will do. He will plant a seed of doubt by building that narrative.

Then imaging that there were further footage of you trying to cover up this burglary in a most embarrassing way without knowing that the cops already saw you committing the crime. Then imagine that video and the whole story going viral.
      Most murderers who serve a life sentence and get out on parole have the benefit of people not knowing who they are. Not Dalia, she's going to be as famous as the most prolific serial killers long after she grows old and dies alone with her twenty cats, and all she did was attempt (unsuccessfully) to kill one person.

      The job of a lawyer is to try to prove that who they are defending or prosecuting is innocent or guilty. And there is little evidence that he wasn't a victim and that she didn't try to kill her husband, so the lawyer is obviously trying to scrape together a POSSIBLE explanation.

    Do defense lawyers need to meet a lack-of-morality requirement in order to serve?

    • @minecraftminertime
      @minecraftminertime 6 років тому +38

      The defense lawyer, in this case, did the right thing. It's hard to explain why, but this TED talk explains why.
      ua-cam.com/video/UY2tyuSOcyo/v-deo.html TL:DR Defense lawyers need to actually defend the accused or else people who are accused but innocent will go to prison. Defense lawyers who defend the seemingly guilty keep the system of innocent until proven guilty.
