Hi there Hugh 🙋🏽! Great footage of that ancient site in central Spain. I'm up here in the north east of the Iberian Peninsula near the Basque Country. Did you find decent lodging in Solosancho? I see on the map that Castro Vetón de Ulaca is a little hike into the bush. "Verraco" actually means boar in Castilian, which is the male pig of the wild boar 🐗 family, and "vetón", in the name Castro Vetón de Ulaca is the name of the Celtic people to which they site is attributed. Most of the center, west and north of the Iberian Peninsula was inhabited by different Celtic tribes in pre Roman antiquity. Here along the banks of the upper Ebro river the "Berones" used to live. That site Castro Vetón de Ulaca looks like it could have been a Celtic sanctuary. I've read in a book by a french author, Louis Charpentier, which deals with the origins of the Basque people, that the DNA 🧬 of much of the native population of the Iberian Peninsula coincides with that of natives of the British isles. Cheers and thanks for the share 🙋🏽✨🥂!

Just stumbled upon the channel few days back … and I’m no beginner of the topic!! I’m amazed how often gems like this channel seem to hide from “view” - but then I can relish in the find even more once I have my moment of discovery ❤️🥳❤️
Saw that there’s a tour coming up in my second home in Malta. I regularly go for walks in my area, just to ponder the cart ruts - Enjoy the visit! 🥳

Absolutely brilliant find! The ability to manipulate Solid Granite like this, (with pools, & Effugies) is indicative of the first Worldwide Megolithic Society. 720,000 years ago. Yes even before the Polygonal, Cyclopial Megablocks. Hot Springs might have flowed from this Mountain Top. The Erosion & Megadisaster destruction is second to none here.

Its not as hard as you think. Go watch stone masonry from quary to cathedral and see how things were carved. You have to know and understand the system in which these people used. Go and watch SGD Sacred Geometry Decoded.
I would provide these people with proof, what they say is a fraud. But they all get books, money and fools lap ancients aliens crap up. You need to know history, how thepeople lived, their customs, outside influence on their customs or if its completely imported. This takes skill, man power and wealth to pay workers, u could colonise the globe

Another piece of the puzzle. If those stones were polished precision cut at one time they must be incredibly ancient. The weathering on them is extreme. Any site of an advanced culture would have attracted subsequent cultures to them to reuse repurpose and establish villages nearby. Such striking similarities around the world, it is hard to believe they arose independently. Thank you. Good sleuthing!

To me, just at a glance, the steps structure looks much, much older than 2.700 years. They should do some digging around it, to me it looks pretty similar to what GT or KT looked like at its pre-excavation state (except the tops of the pillars sticking out ground missing, obviously). It all, the look and feel of the environment, the carvings, very much reminds me of the Tas Tapeler region, very much indeed.

Very interesting place. It resembles a walled temple or place of worship. These strange rooms on two levels can be both a bathhouse, a place of initiation and something completely different. Has the site been archaeologically studied? Have any elements of the excavations been examined using the C14 method for dating? Such elements can be old graves, bone remains from sacrificial animals, sacrificial vessels or food storage vessels. The Basques are a nation that has at least 5000 years of history. A very similar stone creature can be found in Poland in the region on the Sleza Mountain. It is a mountain full of surprises from distant times.

Castro derives for the roman word castrum, meaning castle, fort or fortified castle. My surname is Castro Castro. This place is amazing and must have been huge when it was constructed. I think we are seeing a very small portion of it. Maybe it has been destroyed on purpose. To call it an altar of some kind is an easy way to discard a more reasonable explanation. Thanks for sharing
