Hi from Melbourne, Australia. RE: Cable connections. A cinema service company, Lemac helped me out with a similar cable to what it sounds you need. 3.5mm locking, to 2x xlr split. Works great to isolate channels for other systems like the DJI or RodeGo systems. My experience with this type of solution has been mostly with Canon and Sony, in ENG, immediate turnaround situations.
Nice video, Carlos. Wish I’d seen it before I got my Theos system - your advice about going to the APP is key. Love the system. Great bands. Amazing packaging. Solid construction, and great audio.
Thanks you. I think Deity is really trying to help all of us who find ourselves in many different environments. Digital UHF, at that price point is so hard to pass up.
The number is pretty good for what it brings. I have too many different mics/audio. Not a fan of audio. I'd dump everything I have to get ONE really good easy to use system. Funny thing, I have mini XLR Azden mic that I got at the same time I got my first C70. It actually sounds great. I revived it in my use. But like I said, one and done would be awesome. Looking forward hearing more about this system.
what version connector sanken cos11 is best to connect to the deity theos kits ? 3.5 locking sennheiser version ? whats best color lavs for corporate interviews ? beige or black ?
if im using a RED Komodo as ACAM and Canon c70 as BCAM doing a commercial ,interview , or podcast , how can I synch the audio of two cameras together with these deity theos and a boom mic overhead as a backup ? what items are needed to synch audio or is it not possible with 2 cameras at once ? I will be using mixpre 6ii as well if need be but will I need 2 recorders if I want to synch all the audio ? I have a zoomh6 if I need a second recorder. can it be much easier to synch audio with 2 canon c70s instead because of the built in audio ?
Have you noticed a noise issue with them? I find mine to have a higher noise floor than I am used to, not sure if I got a bad unit, or if they are all this noisy?
I haven't noticed and when using with my C70, R5C, and RED cameras I don't have that issue. I think it is likely best that you contact the Deity Tech Support and get that sorted because of all the possible variables. keep us posted please!
DEITY THEOS : SOLID ! APPEARS A BETTER BUY ,BETTER TO RENT OUT THAN THE SENNHEISER EW DP . THE THEOS SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTE BEST OPTION FOR THE MONEY PPL ARE SAYING .
I totally agree, Digital UHF at this price point is very nice to have. And the flexibility to use other microphones like the Sanken COS-11D or Sennheiser MKE2 if we don't want to work through and EQ mics to match in post...is an additional upside to this system over say the Sony version.

Nice video Carlos, I’m interested in this system as well and will likely trade out my AVX systems for these ones.

Yeah, anytime I don't have to think about gear limitations or workarounds is a huge win, that is what I am expecting from THEOS.
i still use my original sennheiser system… these sound good.
Very nice! My original UHF sets died when the FCC changed the frequency allocations.
@@carlosq00 i have the g band…
Isn't it true that in the United States you can't record wireless and to the onboard recorder at the same time?
Hi Carlos, can you let me know if you can set the receiver to output line level or is it just mic level?
note : one plus about usa version : it has more power
I didn't realize that!
is that power needed ? what's the benefits of that power difference in the us and global version ? @@carlosq00
can you please tell me what kind of microphone mount you use?

Hi Carlos .....How and where ( country or city ) you bought the global DEITY theos system ..?? In how much did you pay for......?
They are all global

what cords are needed to plug this theos system into the c70 "mini" xlr and to "full xlr" to synch audio in C70 ?
I noticed a USBC cable, can this run directly into a phone for audio recording?
the USB C is for firmware updates

Thank you, your video sounds great by the way! Are you doing any denoising to the audio?@@carlosq00
Can you record audio onto the SD card and transmit simultaneously?
If you are using outside of the US the answer is yes. If you are using within the US the answer is No.
couldnt you just use a VPN and work around that?@@carlosq00
