Как там оказалась эта пила : ,,пошел лесоруб в лес и начал пилить деревья своей мощной пилой , но тут вышли гномы , дали люлей лесорубу и утащили в свое логово , а пила так и осталась:)

Просто супер, с удовольствием посмотрел на кропотливый труд. Молодец парень, руки золотые. Из инструментов шестигранник, отвёртка и разводной ключ, но это не помешало восстановить бензопилу.

Bullshit bullshit bullshit.
1. Noone "just finds a chainsaw" sitting on a cut tree like that. Did the previous owner not think enough of his saw to even take it home after work ... or even to fix it if it stopped working. How lucky, just to find it as a friend was filming you.
2. All these "old machines" he "fixes" are dirtied up to look worse than they are. Plastic does not rust. Alloy does not rust like that. Any chainsaw motor and blade would be covered in oil and sticky shavings.
24:35 DONT HIT THE INNER RING! it will damage the bearing! Always Press or Hammer the ring that gets friction, like in this case the outer...
Same got to my mind, the first thing taught in bearing installations :) Hardly take damage with low pressure but next time hit the outer ring

to the shaft hit the inner.
That was my first thought. Every time I see a restoration, guys hammer in the bearing on the inner ring...

You NEVER insert bearing by hitting on the inner face, tap it in on the outer face
, you damage the bearing by hitting the inner face
Not at all, small bearing can be easily fitted in to the shaft of bearing housing. Heating producers can be done with big and critical equipment.
Not only don't you use the inner ring but I'm pretty sure you should pack them with grease. My theory on this channel and about 20 others just like it, is that it's a rigged. Someone has set up a bot system and pays these people a few bucks to sorta refurbish different items and then they collect any UA-cam money. I found a channel that was 3 months old had 5 videos and like ten thousand subs but each video had over 10 million views each. There are some where you can hear in the background someone wrenching on another project. Easy money just find a item that works sorta,trash it out some more and then pay a person 5 bucks or whatever to "restore" it and some else 5 bucks to film it. Then have 5 or 6 channels,edit the vids and upload and then turn the auto system on to constantly replay the vids, like printing money

What is fake is the "finding random stuff in the forrest when i go for a walk" and the condition of the stuff he "restores" He clearly paints or dips the things in some sort of solution to create a impression of rust or age. Maybe even some reverse editing. pay attention to the "rusty" components before and after, no pitting from rust at all, also the rust/ageing is always the same colour, and comes off very easily. But check out the xbox resto, or some of his other electronic restorations, they are the most clearly faked.

The cutting chain was installed backwards and re installed backwards. Also you must mix gas with oil for two stroke engines

bent crankshaft, paint inside the engine..... that thing was poop now it's poop with wasted paint and bearing and it will last a week before have a real engine crash locked solid worst than if it was found under the sea after 10 years....

Mistakes include but not limited to;
-Painting inside the bearing and mating surfaces.
-Incorrect paint for inside of engine.
-Excessive gasket sealer will overflow into crank. Not optimal.
-Bearings installed incorrectly in a manner that often causes failure.
-Piston installed backwards, will result in failure.
-Suspected bent crank, will result in failure.
-Possibly incorrect fuel, will result in failure.
-Chain blunt Well below operable standard.
Yep, I noticed that too. But the worst thing he did is the way he istaled bearings 😱 The bearing nests shold be heated up to ~120 °c and then you put the cold bearings inside. They get inside like a dream and without any hammer.
So what? He found the fuckin saw in the woods. He'll get some use out of it for a while, FOR FREE! There's always some expert asshole critic. I guess maybe he should have called you where you could charge him to rebuild it, Fuckin cheap skate!
It wasn't free he bought a few parts and he put in his time. . I think he'll get five to seven years of use out of it. Well worth his time.

One of the first things I noticed haha That's probably why they left it out there 🤣 I did that when I was a kid and got so frustrated because it wasn't cutting and just burned the wood lol my dad laughed and made me figure it out

День добрый, при сборке вы неправильно поставили поршень,(стрелочкой к карбюратору,) а нужно стрелкой на выхлоп,
А в чём разница и какие последствия?

yep exactly and should have replaced the bent crankshaft and should have not paint the inside of the engine and should have put it on the dumpster.....
He put the piston on backwards too. Arrow on top should point towards the exhaust, not the intake. That saw won’t last long at all.

да это он её и ставил 38-12. Смотри, покупается пила на местном "авито", снимается кино как он её отдриставрировал. пилка закидывется на месяцок в сырой подвал и снимается новая часть дриставрации, потом монтаж этого высера.
Они ещё и поршень при сборке задом наперед воткнули.Замки поршневых колец могут попасть на окно в цилиндре,и сломаться.Стрелка на поршне должна смотреть в сторону выхлопного окна.

Always drive on the outer race of a bearing when installing in a housing, inner race when installing on a shaft.

Actually it looks staged. Its a 50€ chinese 2 stroke chainsaw and someone spent some time make it look old. Bolts arent rusted enough. Flywheel glides to smooth from the crankshaft and the piston looks like didnt seen more use than the break in. Also the rest of the parts lack wear and tear. Rust is mostly surface rust.

I wish all these Asian rustoration channels would skip the fake “found” part and just do tear down and cleaning. Would make it seem more realistic and somewhat believable.

bearings must be completly unsealed (lips of the sealing ring are oiled by gas mixture) and installed by outer ring , gasket is out of sense because it causes a gap in front of the engine body and its tension, silicone is enough, use some grese when intalling needle bearing
Its fake water doesn't just end up in the oil tank without a huge ass hole in it.
