Man... You can't REALLY imagine how HAPPY I am now, this show is in my top 4 of favourite animated shows, ever. So underrated. The mystery, atmosphere, drama, comedy, horror, animation, characters, music, I LOVE THIS ALL. I'm so glad that now you're watching this show :)))

This is a roller coaster of a show and I can't wait for you to see where it goes. Probably my favorite incarnation of Scooby Doo overall. Plus the monster designs are actually frightening in this show which rarely happens in this franchise.

Yeah the creator just wanna 2 season to tell this compelling story. You're right we need just one more season. Plus I heard rumors that Cartoon Network was trying to sabotage their advertisement and putting them at odd time slots because it's not their original show it run by Warner Brothers.

To clarify: The monster wasn't a tourist attraction, but the mayor, sheriff, and town itself uses all the monsters as tourist attractions, just like the museum of the gang's old mysteries. Basically they want to monetize the random people dressing up as monsters all the time.
I love the scene where the whole Scooby gang get put in jail by the sheriff because it felt like that the writer have the exact question that I did for the original series. Which is the question of how the hell would these teenager be able to keep breaking into police business or other things and trespassing and getting away with it. The whole Scooby gang are basically like vigilante.
I like how the show also has callbacks to the other series prior while being it's own thing. It was a little different seeing the parents, but it helps it stand out. Patrick Warburton was an excellent choice as sheriff both serious and funny at the same time. I also like how this series 8:48 has an overarching plot and more character development of the gang. And Mr. E is a very clever word play for the word mystery for the mysterious informer. It lays excellent ground work for the whole series.
When the mayor said that it was the new touristic attraction he didn't mean that the monster was create for that. Crystal Cover is known as the most haunted place on earth, so everytime a knew monster(or at least someone pretending to be a monster) show up the city make a fortune on top of itt

If you want silly Scooby Doo with more polish, you watch What's New Scooby Doo. If you want a variety of tones, you watch the movies. If you want a semi-serialized experience that can be the most serious, you come here.

one thing i like about mystery inc is that there is a nice story arc right from the start which the show follows through with it, it develops the characters with family members included as well

That is all I can say about that. Be prepared. I definitely would like when you get time after watching other shows for you to watch Transformers: Prime if you have not seen that.
Holy shit! Jordan you're going to love this Scooby Doo series because it's literally the darkest iteration of the series and has a chilling ongoing storyline. It needed more seasons.

Now see when I was a kid they still have the original Scooby Doo where are you episodes playing on TV even though they were out like 20 years before I was born and I have been a huge Scooby Doo fan ever since and I also really enjoyed the pup named Scooby Doo and I pretty much love just about anything Scooby Doo because it was one of my favorite things to watch as a kid and I would sometimes ask my mom if I could stay up 30 minutes later so I can watch Scooby Doo and then go to bed
I'm watching it now and also got hooked on Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated too. It a mature darker take on the Scooby-Doo franchise. This reboot wasn't afraid to take risk when it comes to setting up certain scenes and character development for the Scooby Gang. Mystery Incorporated have some straight-to-DVD movies that fit in their continuity taking place in between and after the series like (Legend of the Phantosaur, Stage Fight, Moon Monster Madness, Franken Creepy & Camp Scare) and I think they have a Christmas and Halloween Holiday( Scooby-Doo! Haunted Holidays and the Spooky Scarecrow) specials that's not part of the seasons. It should be on HBO Max as well and Amazon Prime.
