For the Limit Burst problem I think they could fix it if they do that you couldn't do it if you are in the middle of a combo. Also I think Time Skip/Molotov needs a damage buff, but idk if they buffed it already.
Enroca La Roca also make it so you can block the time skip move GOKU LIRTERALY DID IT IN THE SHOW. but if im blocking they use a time skip and it hits anyway its silly

Edit: as for Balance changes, I hope they change all Super Armor Limit Bursts into the Ultra Instinct dodge. It actually uses skull if you want to do anything with it so as not to simply stand still and dodge all basic attacks, wasting one's own limit burst in the process. Aside from that, Fake Death and Backflip needs to die. And Death Psycho Bomb needs a buff such a cool move but too weak in comparison to the other 2 of its type. On my female saiyan it does a constant 1.8k damage, but it uses 2 ki bars and does 1k less damage than flashstrike on Knockback (for whatever reason flashstrike does more damage (2.8k) if the opponent is in a knock-away-state but only 250 for anything else. Evil eyes has the exact same damage values just reversed.)

honestly i would give it one more chance with the updates. it would breathe some life into the game but the limit bursts should be limited to raids and maybe a raid rework in the future in terms of rewards and mechanics, i would like to see some changes to raids in the future and how they work. but that's my two cents on it. One thing I would like to see is a system where you could change your characters aura. I know many people have talked about it but there could be like a way you could change the color of your aura, just like you could change the color of certain clothes for your Cac and to An extent, mentor characters.
If they cared about the game, they should have balanced the game and fixing the net code, a long time ago, how many dlc/ updates have there been, that’s how many times they could have done it, maybe they will prove me wrong, well see
I love both FighterZ and Xenoverse for their own thing. It would be nice if they truly fixed these problems in Xenoverse as that could get me back into it and maybe, just maybe, drive me to try pvp again. I only had a couple matched that I lost miserably because of the 'time skips'. I'm not one who needs to win every match, I just wanna have fun after work with others and unwind in a good few matches or grind these goddamn skills (Damn you Tapions for always dying on me in that one pq T_T). Steedoj please read I'm hyped, the limit burst should either be taken away or only able to activate if low health like below 25 percent health, skills I'm not sure how to nerf, though some like aura slide and God fist are easier to get around though still cheap, but characters need to be nerfed mainly hit and blue goku, and gogeta and vegito, I hope they give us kefla or kale and caulifla or all three and I want to see God of destruction toppo and I'd like to see more transformations like lssj, god, super buu transformation, and ultra instinct, and I'd like to see if possible a ssj4, but I'd not I can work with the costume like I already have been and been cool with it.
The evasion system seriously needs work. what needs to happen is that they need to decrease the rate at witch you can vanish and give vanishing it's proper I frames. this will fix abuse of moves like Super God Fist, Savage Strike, and Time Skip Jump Spike, three moves that have an irritating habit of hitting even after a vanish. It will also fix problems with certain moves hiring the character after they've already vanished away. for example quick moves like Aura Slide connecting during a vanish, or the male Sayain combo connecting when you're attempting to gain distance. I also wouldn't mind a fix to moves like the Female Majin Uppercut, Fu's downward stab, and Bardok's, and Vageto Blues Drag Punches that allowed vanishing them to put you on the other side of the attack so that these moves can be escaped from. also it would be nice if the net code fixes allowed Female Majins to use that Uppercut without having to adjust for combo drops. Favorite combo in the game can't connect because the player is never in the right spot So freakin' annoying. Also I said this before, and I'll say it again. this game needs 100% more Pikkon.

Incitos Sol no. It gives the user super armor as well as higher defense. So they will take much less damage than usual.
