Completely agree regarding network engineers and developers. We are both comming together from different backgrounds. I'm flicking between Ansible, Python, Terraform and OCI. It is very difficult to pick all these things up and keep the Cisco certs going. It's a midfield and mind blow. Well done on your CCIE Roger and great podcast.
