I have always said that-you guys do make it look easy no drama no BS, just loading trucks and smooth well orchestrated operation. the reason it's still entertaining to watch is because you're good at narrating and it's organized. even when you guys are in the mud its organized. Even that one time you drove the combine in the same same spot twice lol
Such a blessing Alex didn't get injured. Prayers for you and your family always young man 🙏🙏🙋♂️. Everyone in Northeast Arkansas says hey 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🚜🐄
Really enjoy the chopping videos. Alex did a great job with that truck! It has never happened to me, but a steer tire blowout is scary! Keep up the great work!
Tks for sharing. Corn Harvest was always my favorite time of the year. That tire blow could have been bad! Gald Alex is okay. Hope she wasn't too nervous over it? She is a great driver. She could have handled any problems that could have happened.
Hi Andy , I like chopping videos and hope your chopping season goes smooth this year. I ran a Fox 6600 chopper filling 3 chopper boxes . We had a 70 cow dairy . Now I am retired at 77 but still enjoy chopping videos. Thanks for the videos.
Love it organised you guys are 👍. Amazed at the difference between weather conditions between where you are and 🏴 Wales! You can barely walk on our fields at the moment let alone get anywhere near them with a truck 😱😫
Hey Andy How's things going for you and the Farm/Family... I've just been a lil curious if something has been going on with Sarah and with her driving trucks... Why has she gone back to driving the older trucks with the manual transmissions... Instead of driving her newer truck with the automatic transmission... Hopefully there is nothing seriously wrong... Andy......Southeast Missouri...
Glad everyone is safe. Alex with the flat and the Pete quitting loaded on the road could have been trouble. Corn choppin time coming soon. I guess it's good to open up the fields when they're dry, just wish the corn was a little dryer.
Glad she and the equipment are OK. I'm convinced there is something lacking in the construction of modern tires. If you don't put a lot of miles on them they fall apart long before they wear out. Not like my younger days of driving stuff with 20 year old rubber.
My biggest fear when I used to drive was a steer tire blowout. Had a few retread trailer tires lose their cap (one flew up and took out my passenger side mirror). Always have BOTH hands on the wheel when loaded. I learned that lesson the hard way. Don't ask me how lol... Well I nodded off and ran off the shoulder of the road. That will wake you up quick enough. Glad Alex wasn't hurt. You can get another truck but folks not so much. Hey I think you are keeping most of it in the truck now! Have to rib you a little. I think you do a heck of a job managing all that stuff. Drivers machines weather repairs. Yea you do a good job...
Actually, a lot of of us do including me years ago. don’t get excited just just ride it out. Don’t oversteer oh my gosh, Obviously, the girls are good just like their dad great training !
@PAYNEKILLER.. I don't drive big trucks and I know that I have a friend that has several big trucks he talks all the time about seeing guys doing that. He says it's too dangerous to do that especially if you are on the interstate you could get a ticket .
You say you are not pushing hard but there’s still a lot to be said for orchestrating all those trucks and the people pushing and packing the pile. The fact that it all runs smoothly and they can handle a breakdown says a lot! If it was a construction site, the dump trucks would all be bottle necked at the entrance and they would wait there for someone to take them by the hand and show them what to do even though it is their 4th load of the day.
Hi I am so happy Alex did not get hurt. I hope she’s not shaking up a little bit and I know it happens. It happens. I don’t want to get hurt Alex. You’re a good girl thank God your father told us the bad news. I will see you all soon. Have a nice day night You all be careful on the roads
Glad Alex is ok. She is a great driver to wheel a blown front safely to a stop. Did you change mic's Andy? Seems to be a lot of background noise. Corn looks pretty good, Idk if it is wetter or drier, but I think it's been a different year for y'all, weather-wise. But if farming was easy, everyone would do it. Great video.
Very nice ya in ohio we had very drought conditions guys were chopping 3 weeks early cause corn dried down so fast because of it we got my bosses corn chopped fields he took for new dairy farm done last wed had little rain for 2 days held them up chopping we have it custom chopped for us we had 2 different guys in our area chop for us cause it was ready before other guys could get here then boss said home farm all fields were almost too dry they were chopping them next and he had to get loader take it back to clean up roads little muddy i drive truck and haul milk in semi and other things if needed
Love the videos. My only comment is,I hope you are training one of the kids to run the chopper. I anything happens you would be hard to replace. Dad and I learned the hard way…
Blowing a steer Tire is a Rite of Passage for experienced drivers. Now that she's got that under her belt hopefully it won't happen again . After 44 years of Class 8 driving it only happened to me once about 5 years in . Happened in 1984 with a tube type Tire. Only thing it hurt outside of the tire what is my underwear
Low pressure or defective manufacturing. If you lean more towards a build prob then I’d think it’s a smart move to replace both fronts….just to be safe
When you have a flat , you need a cool head and not just jam on the brakes. Good thing those girls are in the videos as they are better looking. They are good workers. You’d be lost without them, as they can do anything. I know a friend who has now taken over the farm; only her fathers alive; and she runs it with her sons. I’ve helped them and she can outdo me
@@thegreenerthemeanerWhere I am, farm trucks are exempt from DOT regulations, so recaps CAN be, and often are used on the steer axle. Keeps you alert that way. 😮
Alex was lucky, the only thing that would have worried her would have been the slightly higher driving position she had. I had the same thing happen to me once. It can happen to anyone good she's OK. What are you going to replace the USELESS PEET with?
That tire did not blow! It probably ran over something sharp on the road and then began to rapidly deflate while still turning. At no time did that tire come apart. If it had “exploded” it would have flung off parts of itself which would have done a lot of damage to the entire area of the under hood and fender. Most people can steer a rig safely onto the shoulder under rapid deflation. It’s when it explodes from excessive heat or a shifted belt.that’ll throw the truck from side to side is when all hell breaks loose.
Really wouldn't matter who was behind the wheel when these shitboxes with 679 wires in harnesses run about the truck to make the ECUs and TCUs work all it takes one wire to lose contact in a connector or a single wire to get broken off and it's done. Those harnesses are insanely expensive too.
that peterbilt with the paccer motor? DO U have a spreadsheet on the Peterbilt? Cost analysis...it long beyond the life of the motor... BOOM BOOM BOOM GOES THE Paccar FIRE FIRE FIRE

Great video Alex, i can't amagine how many acres of corn you must chop

Good to hear, Alex. Handled that well and it's in good shape.
I’m just glad she didn’t hit the ditch. Alex is an excellent driver.
I’m glad Alex wasn’t hurt when the tire blew on her truck! She’s obviously experienced and knows what she’s doing though. Bravo! All the best Andy!
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers

Glad you weren't in the middle of a left hand corner, Alex! Way to wheel that Freight shaker!
Love the corn chopping! You need a mic on your lapel. Chopper noise is louder than your voice. Stay safe everyone!
Great video. Manure works amazing making great yields!!
Great driving Alex glad you didn’t get hurt getting the truck stopped.
Great driving ALEX, GLAD YOUR SAFE.
Its always fun to watch tall corn get turned into little pieces. Ill be waiting for the next one. Take care Andy and crew
Good job Alex. Glad you're ok. Take care.
Glad Alex is ok, you’ve taught them well. I have always loved chopping corn time of year. Hope all goes well !!
Fantastic driving alex happy outcome keep the vids coming andy
Great job driving Alex your one heck of driver and lady .
Scary thing that is . Alex has plenty of skills so no problem just a harrowing experience .. Girl Power .....
It still amazes me how far those choppers can launch silage.
Thanks for including the date. Videos are never boring, keep them coming
I was an otr heavy hauler for over 27 years, your daughter Alex seems like a good solid driver, really has taken to truckin like a pro

Boring is a good thing at times. No major malfunctions of the equipment.
Good driving Alex ,not what you need
Wow that tire blew and shredded out, she did a great job keeping on the road and wheels down !
Bloody hell Andy you have got to have eyes every where, when opening up those fields.
Clown shows are always entertaining. Your show are always INFORMATIVE ! Don't boost the clowns! Thanks Andy.
I'm glad everything worked out for her she's a good driver.

Experienced tire blow out driver. Yup, there talent right there!
I watch this because we do the same thing with snow around northern Québec, filling the trucks 😅
Good crop of silage corn you got that John Deer working good Andy
Not monotonous at all. Enjoy you taking us along. again...

Be safe. Our corn silage in eastern WI was 20 percent less.
Great job Alex!!! Glad you are ok!
Glad Alex is safe and well ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️👍🏻🆙🫡
Only Alex and Sarah could blow a steer tire with zero damage, if Tim blew a tire it would blast the hood off and he'd run it over lol

I noticed tires have thin sidewalls, even military vehicles. We have to be vigilant where we pass our wheels 😮
Another good job Andy keep them coming 👍
Great driving Alex👍🏻👍🏻
My bet is the Pete has a wire harness issue. In my opinion very few techs properly trouble shoot wire harness issues unless they are cut in half.
Maybe the peterbilt needs some viagra to get it out of limp mode.

One of are drivers blew a steer tire going 70 mph on the interstate and kept it on the road

I think Sarah has run it before, but Andy was in the cab with her.
Jared can run it.
She’s an excellent driver!! That Pete needs to go and buy another KW
Peterbilt and Kenworth are the same truck for awhile now all owned by paccar so unless you go fairly old your not gonna be better off.

Peterbilt needs to go to auction
Does Sarah still drive ? Say NO to Paccar engines !! Local logging co. bought a nice Pete Day cab and it looks good at the shop all the time
Yep, it usually takes the fender off the hood. That tells me that wasn't a recap.

Steer axles kinda suck... Fortunately most trucks have so much steering assist it makes it much easier to keep it between the guard rails.
Do you use your wheat for feed or is it a cash crop you raise?
Grain is deposited in the account and they bale the straw for use.

What is your son Andrew doing when you are chooping corn
Pushes silage, spreads manure or runs dump wagon
There's a difference between blowing and run flat
I guess you have never seen a tire blow…. If she would have drove flat the rim would be garbage
that is what you get buying tries from Harbor Freight or worse American Band Tire at Harbor Freight lol
Alex did a good job with the tyre blow out. Shows Just how good a driver she is.
