I think Ketel will be my first wildcard. He just absolutely crushes for me and can play a ton of positions.
David Ortiz 2000’s captain is gonna be cracked. Multiple core hyper/captain cards go with the boost along with a lot of the Jeter storyline cards. Most slept on wildcard that I’ll be running.
This guy knows. Bro that combined with Yankees Pitcher boost, then you can use Jeter and all the other cards like 84 Posada. Thats what I'm doing
I think we’re going to get a new set of cornerstone captains. Who knows what that will bring.
The Ortiz boost would be good. Adam Dunn the best card in there. I say use who you want for wc. No point to limit yourself in the beginning.
Posada wildcard is a lock. Torn between Rollins, Goodrum or Santana assuming we get some good switches. Goodrum at SS is awesome

Witts base card plays well for me. I expect him to get an upgrade as well. I have tatis playing center. I like the d and arm. He has similar swing timing to betts. I seem to hit well with him.

Haven't played much in the last couple months but just pulled Ketel. Had to sell him right away, I've never been able to hit with any Ketel.
Should i Sell my battle royale cards or should i let them go higher in price
I think to start the season I'll just run through all my best S1 pitchers as wildcards. Doesn't make sense to use them more than once because you have to burn a WC while they recharge energy, but having a 99 on the mound against 89s will be a huge advantage.
Goodrum is a god on my Tiger team. Both Tiger caps give +15 on the 4 major hitting atts.
Brooke lee is underrated his swing is up there with Profar and Santana for me
I hit better with righties and I have him parallel 5 so Edgar martinez is definitely S tier for me with those stats and quirks
My lineup will be Yankees captains with wild card Posada (then Carpenter) and Mookie or Seager at 2B.

What are your thoughts on wild carding Martin dihigo 99 for an additional 99 pitcher/good hitter to go with babe? Sort of a 2 for 1 imo
Think he has more value as a positional player but it’s alright
@@CJ12KYT hmm I’d tend to agree, but would his screwball and outlier 4sfb not make him a fairly solid pitcher as well for the early going of S2? Babe is a pretty mid pitcher not gonna dispute that lol, but dihigo seems at least decent
When does the extreme program usually get put into the game
Not sure, I believe it was about this time last year. But they’ll probably hold it until the game is cooked

Not on one, but smooth turned down should work

Rengifo has been absolutely unreal for me. I’ll probably end up keeping him over eddy and Ketel. Only gonna lose about 30k stubs doing so which is crazy
Why don’t they limit coop cards to the seasons as well? Kind of a bummer. I’d love to use fresh cards in coop rather than the same cards all year

When the new season drops does everyone go back to 0 rating in ranked or will you just drop to the regular spots for where you end?
Not 100% but should be the regular-200
I think I’d prefer a full reset just to truly feel like it’s a new chapter in the game maybe I’m weird for that

Live series cards are Core so they don't need to be wild carded
Shohei is basically two players so even at his cost really valuable. The best bargain is probably Seager.
Unless you want babe Ruth don’t do it collection isn’t worth it this year

I would honestly hold on to them. Their value will probably go up once there’s no way to obtain them

Why would you not use a wild card slot for a pitcher? Having a 99 pitcher going up against a bunch of 85-90 overalls would be really good.

He can only play every fifth game and you have to leave them in your wildcard spot for them to regain stamina

No in the sense you keep your progress, yes in the sense of they’re no longer usable in ranked

You won’t be able to use season 1 cards in ranked play, you will have to use season 2 and core cards

This game cannot be taken seriously The gameplay is not suited for comp play. If u do not know im a 6x top 50 from 23 and beat guys like frostie mannic ty plays so on so forth. The gameplay is so random it feels like im not the one playing. The Sqaured up ok contacts have been a problem no one is talking abt this yr. Im just out of words for the way this game is declining. Just would like to see more videos of people exposing the garbage that goes on in this game.

You not lying. I have so many good pci good timings that are like 85 off the bat and my opponent misses the pci which I can tell by how higu It is but It goes out. Especially on legend
Best WC off the rip is probably going to be papi, you can make a whole core squad that’s actually not that bad (saying this before watching) especially if you’ve done the jeter storylines
I'm glad someone at your rank can say this. I'm bad and low rank but that's not because the game is trash either. The game is just bad at all levels. It's still unplayable in coop because of the glitching and bugs.
I concur. I also can’t stand how they changed pitching on the black as well. It seems you cannot get the pitches called a strike anymore. They make you throw the ball in more to get a called strike 😮💨😮💨

95 ian happ has by far been the most overrated card of season 1, only people who glaze him are stub buyers. he's garbage against lefties which defeats the whole purpose of a switch hitter, I aint using a 78 power switch hitter in a lefty heavy game
