This gameplay looks amazing, love the game mechanics including the dodge. If only they added a just guard that converts to a counter attack. And if they use beams, they could even add in beam struggle or energy clash

Yeah I'm confused about that too, if anything I would EXPECT Duke Freed to have it more than Koji since he's a Literal Prince 👑😆

Not gonna lie, this 3D beat ‘em up looks a lot of fun to play, and as a Mazinger Z and Grendizer fan it hits all the nostalgia notes right!

Grendizer is one of my favorite animes of all time. I'm happy a Grendizer game exists, but this feels like a missed opportunity. I didn't have any high expectations of Microids, but at least this game is almost a call back to the PS2 era of AA games. I'll pick it up for nostalgia and hopefully won't be too terrible.
They should make this but with playable Mazinger Z characters :,)
I loved Tranzor Z as a kid. I really wish they would make a high quality game with a lot of depth of it.

Arabic localisation would be awesome. The team who localised the animes in the 80s did a fantastic job. Hopefully, they can reprise their roles somehow.

Yo this game looks like it's fun as heck to play 😁🕹️ The gameplay is definitely my kinda thing. I'm sold on this and I can't wait to play it soon. The music reminds me of early Dragon Ball episodes. The developers did an outstanding job on this.

Beat the game today. As a fan of Grendizer since childhood…it was always a dream to have a game for the series. Grendizer has been featured in other games previous since the 90s for Super Robot Taisen on Super Famicom, PS1 and PS2. This game is okay but disappointing in many ways. There are several bugs with the sound and the movement. Gameplay needs to include a mini-map otherwise you just end up wasting time running back and forth looking for items and hidden parts. The dream was realized but sadly it did not live up to my expectations.
Are the buildings destructible?
The only enviroment items that are destructible on the map are mission specific rocks or rocks that are blocking the way to reach an item. You can't jumb over wide buildings or warehouses there's an invisible wall. But you can jump over regular houses. You can run over cars and nothing will happen to them.@@SonyEnthusiast

Nah, Grendizer is a super robot, so it should move that fast. Example Mazinger Z from the Infinity movie moved much faster than was shown in previous animes

This looks like a fun game, but even in that short gameplay demo, the pilot constantly calling out the powers he was using got a little old. Hope there's some way of mitigating it other than muting the game.
