Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant (NHHBG) Useful Life Training

This guidance gives DHHL information about maintaining NHHBG-assisted housing for the useful life/affordability period of the property. It will clarify (1) what will be considered "satisfactory to the Secretary"; and (2) what constitutes an acceptable binding commitment. This Program Guidance also transmits samples (attached) to document the useful life/affordability period for housing units assisted with NHHBG funds.
