The reason why it doesn't have more horns cause it's only obvious he didn't want that Manny horn sounds. You can't tell a beat maker you should've this and you should've that ! The way the beat was created is how the beat is. Just sayin.

This is so sick. Could you maybe upload the raw flp file. i am struggling to sample this track.
Use the metronome sound, the hihat that goes in the exact bpm tempo, then you have to try your way throught :)

I may be being stupid here but, how do you know the BPM of the sample in FL Studio. I don't use it (I use nanostudio) but i'm trying to get into it. When i add a sample it always overlaps itself.
