Tatiana, I’m a 71 year old man & a professional actor in California. I took ballet in college for stage movement. I stumbled upon your foot strengthening exercises while looking for balance exercises after one week of your foot exercises I have seen an improvement in my balance. It would be great if you could do a video geared to toward seniors designed to improve our balance issues and little less intense. Thank you 🙏
Same here. I also found the Stronger feet video this December... the improvement is remarkable after doing the exercises almost every day. The confidence and love for ballet/dance is growing again everyday

Omg she’s finally back!! I just recently started watching your videos, specifically the video for a better relevé (I’m a dancer) and I absolutely loved it! So I’m glad you are posting more videos, they will definitely help me be more active outside of dance. ❤❤
