Yes! I dont have that much time when I am working on the cruise ship but I try my best to post more and keep you all up to date :D Thank you for watching!!
great workout Tatjana, thank you.💪💪 I can totally relate to the feeling of feeling akward when people watch me workout. But don't you worry, what you do is looking great, maybe that's the reason for them watching you🤔😉
Great workout as always, really felt it! Also loved the cue to "have your inner thighs touching the mat" for turning out on your belly, made it SO much more effective to me, thank you!
So first, good job on correcting yourself and assessing your technique properly. The gap is the natural gap we have due to our body structure (the hips and the waist ratio) so when you are lying on your side we engage our core muscles so we don't relax our "waist" on the mat but pull up. It also helps when you extend both legs straight (still on your side) to try to lengthen the upper leg further than the leg that's laying on the mat. The gap should then be more visible. Let me know if this helps, and get back to me! Thank you for working hard! 💕💕
@@TatianaRooney I just tried it again. I think I can feel the muscle groups involved. But they are not strong and enduring enough to create the space and hold it. That area is weak and should be improved.
It's been a while since I've last seen you but it is so good to see you again Tatiana and amazing workout again ❤😊 🥰

Great workout! hoping to se another deep stretching class soon
Great idea!! I'll keep your request in mind 👍
I don’t have that gap when lying down sideways. Is there any workout to address the strength of oblique, outer lower back and outer upper glute area?
