This MC is such an example - when it’s revealed he is actually the archangel and somehow this explains everything why he’s OP - it doesn’t….if anything it makes him even more boring as everything he does is explained cause of supernatural….it skips the process of discovery and goes “stop asking questions, he’s an archangel and it’s just how it is.” What I would’ve liked to have seen is a flaw, any flaw. Maybe he’s incapable of social interaction, he has a problem with authority, there’s a magic he’s never learned about and it keeps blowing up in his face, he’s never interacted with women on an intimate level so is unfamiliar with it and he learns he can love, and/or he has a inferiority complex due to his ageless experience with god of creation and so he’s so suspicious of his fellow teachers of underhanded behavior that he can’t believe them when they are genuinely kind to him and comes off as a sarcastic person but they see it as him joking.
