You need to take that four wheeler further apart there's a one way starter bearing behind the flywheel that likes to come apart. When u take the first cover off ,that u took off already try spin the big gear that's on the flywheel should free spin one way and lock in the other direction.

you should kswap jasmine and mold the widebody to itget some 3m panel bond adhesive, bond them and mold them flush into the body and repaint it in honda imola yellow or the new civic sonic grey pearl

The fitment is sick maybe youll show up on fitment industries again. I have a tip for the quad, something I learned when figuring problems is you always want to go cheapest to expansive. I dont know about starters I only know how to work on lawnmower engines

aye Robbie u probably wont see this but it sounds like the solenoid isnt engaging on the starter motor. you shouldnt need a starter motor, its probably just a loose connection or a bad solenoid and they're dirt cheap. if you dont see this cool, but if you do dont spend money if you dont have to.

make sure you retorque your lugs after about 50-100 miles. sometimes the studs don’t sit right until you drive it a bit and the lug will be loose
