- The Cincinnati Police Department released bodycam showing officers arresting two teens after they allegedly ignored commands to stay out of the street. The teens were selling water on the street and impeding traffic, police say. Officers arrested the teens for obstructing official business and resisting arrest. This footage was released in response to a story circulating around social media stating that officers arrested the teens for selling water.

For some Flippin reason they think they are above the law. Disrespectful. Just listen when a police officer says do something, do it or face the consequences. This all starts at home. And how do I know I would have done that to my son, I did it.
What I do? What I do? Great English.
Fr, honestly if I acted like that every time I had an encounter with a police officer I would’ve probably had a messed up record, there was one time when I was literally doing 100 in a 70 and a cop just gave me a warning bc I was polite and compliant (he asked for permission to search my car and I had nothing to hide so I told him go ahead, I didn’t want to pull the “I know my rights” card) and then one time after I bought a new jeep I didn’t realize I had to turn the lights on manually so I got pulled over the cop literally just showed me how to turn them on and let me go (didn’t even ask for my license). The point is politeness goes a long way when dealing with law enforcement.

The officer should have first cited him for impeding traffic, then charged him with obstruction as in court the obstruction charges on there own will most likely be dismissed that is if he takes his right to a good attorney.
