A poor society taught to do everything according to dictation, even if something is against your freedom and is in the interests of tyrants in power. It's good that there are still people who think, unfortunately sometimes they have to stick their necks out for the rest of the blinded society.
Oh yes I picked up on that too. Like a child with the waterworks switch on and off when required..... I find it very interesting how a great deal of people are still using the same tactics they learned as a child, because they worked for them at the time. Never advancing into adult hood, and loosing that selfishness and those childish methods of avoiding reality.
So many people think signing the ticket is an admission of guilt and it’s NOT!! Please people, for the love of God, just sign the ticket and fight it in court if you believe you’re in the right!
Actually it's promising to show up for court. If a person misses court, normally you file a motion to vacate conviction afterwards if you truly want to fight the ticket. The judge will usually allow the motion to and give you a new court date. But if you sign the ticket, then try to go through the same process, the judge will deny the motion on sight no matter what. It's because your signature is a promise to appear and comply with all stipulations. When you miss court after signing a ticket, you break that promise. You don't honor your oath. Your promise. So don't judge denies your motion because of this and you're stuck with that default judgment and fines.
@@chrissuave92only in signature required states for citations you will get arrested for not signing. Check the law in your state. There are so many non signature required states for citations. In Illinois you will not get arrested for refusing to sign because Illinois is a non signature required state for citations. Only reason they try to threaten you with arrest for not signing is for revenue. because they truly dont be wanting to go through the whole jury trial process blah blah blah.... So if they secretly intimidate you to sign by threatening to arrest you if you don't, just know that they will not do it if your state is a non signature required state. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen but most people don't know their state laws so it happens often in non signature required states and people never question it because they don't know. So the cop ends up getting away with doing it and enough time eventually passes over and the statute of limitations runs out and you miss your window period to sue. All this happens when a person doesn't know. It's false arrest that's what it is. Because in non signature required states, an officer telling you to sign a ticket is an unlawful order. Therefore, you are not obligated to do it. If he arrests you afterwards and then try to twist things around and say he arrested you for something like disorderly conduct and not refusal, you will see the truth on the bodyxam that he did in fact arrest you for refusal and he would be in trouble. Here's the thing, if a cop talks to you and asks you to do things and you just ignore him, and then you get arrested and he starts ignoring you, that's what we call fair

She's acting like my toddler... pretending not to know what she did wrong while forcing herself to "cry". Good job ignoring the tantrum and holding her accountable for her actions Mr.Brooks!!
These people behave this way because it's how they were raised. They overhear their parents talking about those dirty cops and what to do when you're confronted with the police officer. The boys are taught never submit if you have a gun shoot back try to run never submit. Girls are taught basically the same thing scream and cry and throw a tantrum never submit. When you're raised like that you really don't know any better you don't know what else to do. That's not the cops problem that's the society issue that's how you're raised
If she has kids she'll be visiting them in prison guaranteed. This type of behavior is corrosive to society and the culture of whatever environment she exists in.

Yes & she personally attacked him asking for his name & badge number like she was looking him up to find something on him! She was calling him Mr. Brooks instead of Officer Brooks. She totaling disrespected him! She should have been looking up park hours of operation! Her boy should have told her to sign the damn ticket so they could go. So many people think signing the ticket is an admission of guilt and it’s NOT!! Please people, for the love of God, just sign the ticket and fight it in court if you believe you’re in the right!
It's refusing a lawful order regardless of what that lawful order is. That's a crime. You get arrested no matter how intitled you are.
@@chrissuave92 I think you misread the comment, also you misspelled entitled. You should probably spend more time reading.
It happens so so so much but people never know.. so sad.

That’s a legend
i was finna comment the same thing 😂🤣
I love how the females always want their phone the second the get put in the back sea 😂😂😂
Yes!!! 🤪🙃
Hahaha agreed
I was instantly like wow, she was full on wailing mode then her other personality popped through “can I have my phone?”
Why do people feel the need to act like a fool over a simple ticket?? 🙄
She deserves an award for this. She put on a whole show 🤦🏾♂️ then act like she didn’t do anything. Entitlement
Lol 🤣
Manipulative
@Skittles She is a smartass who thought she was in control of the situation. She found out otherwise! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪
@@SweetyD2023 Nailed it. Imagine how she would treat someone who's not in authority, or someone she has authority over. That's what concerns me the most, tbh with you.
She actually didn't lawfully she she don't have to sign and has a right 👍 to know why she's going into chain's for lawfully
Remember folks, never learn law in social media, this can happen
i truly agree with you
But, but so many experts on here tho.

Turn to Kaepernick.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
8:49 BOYFRIEND : "That was unnecessary!"
COP : "I absolutely agree. All of that was not necessary. She could've just signed the ticket."
Its just that simple
She said she would sign the ticket. He made a decision to have no mercy. He could have let her sign.
@margaretjackson498 AFTER she refused twice to sign. He explained to her what will happen if she didn't sign the ticket. She should've complied and fought it in court.
@margaretjackson498 Nope he gave her the option to sign or go to jail, she chose jail.
I love how the BF keeps telling the police "this is unnecessary" "this is unnecessary" "That was unnecessary" but never told the lady to knock it off or that her behavior was unnecessary. Unreal!
If I was in her situation, I'd rather sign the ticket than waste my time, waste the officers time, and get arrested. This was absolutely unnecessary if she just listened to the officer.
She was too full of self importance to listen to a lowly officer! Big up the cop for following through with the arrest and bringing her down a peg or two....I hope this makes her a better person.
She wanted to be in control.
shut up.
@@bluenose7984 when she was asking for his name and badge number she didn't even listen! She sounds like a spoiled brat having a tantrum! Of course she's going to be sore and hurting by the way she was resisting! 🙄 "My neck, my neck and my back!" 😁 Iykyk! Lol!
anyone with a tiny IQ would do that.
I love how at 10:20, when she realises they’re about to close the cruiser door but she doesn’t have her phone - she forgets her fake hysterical crying victim act and immediately switches to demand her phone in normal voice. 😂
What a nightmare excuse for a human being. That man has to be nuts to keep company with her.
that was absolutely crazy 😭 her whole persona changed
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂
Yup, like a toddler break down then changing in mid sentence.
I thought it was just me that noticed that lol.
Apparently no one has ever questioned her authority including her man. The look on her face when he took her arm, was complete shock that her bluff had been called.
Unfortunately there’s a place and time. Her ticket would have been very small compared to what’s happening now. 😮
She did not know how to communicate her objection, and he buddy already surrendered any rights that he had, so the cop felt that she should have as well
@@Thebrothaisback She didn’t know because she wasn’t listening perhaps?
@@kiimmig2293 she was just trying to be “extra!”
@@kathyroach9344 Mission accomplished! 😊
@@Thebrothaisback I’ll remember this next time I get arrested, I have the right to simply cry until I don’t get arrested thanks 👍
This is pure insanity. If your that defiant over a simple request then stay home and never venture out and never try to engage normal people. Accountability has gone right down the toilet.
This cop wasn’t having it and I salute him. Need more cops like this to stop with the games.
You wanna bet she signs the next ticket she gets?
Sounds like i bet yall wouldnt say that if they lo9led diff
@@norml.hugh-mann I bet you're wrong
she really thought she was just going to refuse and no consequences. Cheers Rosemary Perth Western Australia (71 yrs)
@@norml.hugh-mann She had it coming no matter what she looked like. Next time an officer gives you a direct order..comply. My grandson is 5 and could have figured this out and done so without acting like a fool.
The look on her face changed from one of aggression to fear real quick after the real world slapped her in the face. She really thought that she was untouchable, you can tell she was spoiled as a child and never had been held responsible for her actions, looking at him like “how dare you touch me?” I love how calm and composed officer brooks was.
Real Talk, FR!!!!!💯💯💯💯💯💯
Mr Brooks touched her alright
Exactly. Then she brings In the Name of Jesus into it like she really knew him. If she did she would respect the law of the land and not have all that attitude. I was tired of watching it.
Notice how much more respectful she is once she realizes that she is going to jail? And starts praying....... LOL!!
@@lenoramorman2885 - OFFICER BROOKS IS A HERO!!!
The entitlement displayed in this footage was very upsetting. When all you had to do was sign the ticket. Officer Brooks told her several times what would happen if she didn't comply. Gave her time to sign. She was looking to be combative like the rules shouldn't apply to them because they were visiting. This was an adult temper tantrum at it's finest. I bet she ran circles around her parents. And still didn't get your way. You were in the wrong lady accept it. The way she cut the crying on and off was really bad acting. then to try to bring God in after you caused an unnecessary mess
You got it all right ! She is a parental failure that grew up to be childish/entitled/adult....
Your reply was one of the better replies I’ve ever read 🤣👍🏻
Wow...
I agree but I just don’t think the punishment Fits the crime ya know? I hate seeing someone be so demoralized over something so insignificant. She was a bit rude .but She didn’t deserve all that . Overkill
@@Bbeff.Baby. well she brought it on herself. Totally got what she deserves. Next time act like a adult instead of a 2 year old.
If that is her man he is useless…He is not a leader and choose a woman who is not cooperative, combative and always a victim when she makes poor choices and is entitled.
