Dewalt Planer Problems!!!

I think I would start 10:07 to tighten from the middle and work my way to the outside.

Is that what the instructions say to do? I have not had any issues doing it this way for many many years. This is the first time I’ve had this planer have this issue.

This happens when you put boards in the machine that have lots of glue on them

I always scrape off glue before running through the planer…

Did the planer work correctly after fixing the issue, yes it did and does. The same issue happened to me before with a ridgid planer but the ridgid has pretty thin blades compared to this dewalt. First time with this one…
