No one's belittling RE, it's still the #2 highest theoretical DPS spec after Surge lol. Both DB specs are cracked, it's just that perfectly played Surge > RE. It's the same with Igniter>Reflux, you trade convenience for top ceiling damage, so to some degree - yes you're going for the easy mode of your class.
i love igniter sorc and reflux sorc sometimes igniter is way harder to play due to 0 mobility but when you find that one and only gigachad support among all in your party it is wonderful like yesterday vykas g1-g3 i spent 1 potion whole raid as igniter
Now I'm in doubt, saintone taught the frost call after doomsday combo so that you could use frost call again in the same igniter, but now in this guide apparently you're supposed to hold onto frost call to use it to build meter instead? Which one is more dps, using it once during igniter or holding it for after
Saintone's combo is by far better if its something like a clown post iron maiden/showtime dps window where you can also sync dark bomb/support buff/atropine. It's not even close in that scenario but outside of it doesn't matter too much, there are fights with dps windows close enough that you'd only want to doomsday/explo/punish then cancel asap to instantly build back for next dps window. Probably depends on the fight and specific part of the fight you're at for the optimal choice

This is where you have to have the game sense to know whether you will have time to ignite again if you generate your meter faster, or if you should just blow everything right now because there will be Damage Reduction, or down time. Similar to the argument of should I cut this ignite off early, so I have it back up in time for XYZ.
As a Sorc main, I can't agree that Igniter is easy. Good Igniter players are rare, to the point where the people in my discord actively avoid inviting them. A lot of people don't realize the fact that you will be VERY slow as Igniter, and your only out is spacebar (blink is usesble during ignition for sure, but you do have periods where you are building meter). If you play a mobile class burst class (DB Striker, Surge blade, etc), or Barrage Arti which has shields then you might regret making a Igniter Sorc. If the downsides don't discourage you and you have a good grasp of fights already, then go ahead and enjoy the damage. Just a heads up, you will probably end up with multiple builds on Sorc, it's a class with a LOT of build diversity and it can have answers to situations that might flat out frustrate another class.
Quick Question: when I do play Hallu with Adren,KBW, Grudge, All out, igniter Do i play double Inferno for adren stacks and metzer gain or do I play Blaze 10 with dmg engravings ?
@@TSkillzX So just make sure Adren is up when Ignite and i can play Blaze 10 and Ice shower as counter ? actually at 1780 spec and can fill easily the bar until next DD comes up

Idk if its too much to ask but, could you release the video in it's original aspect ratio? Due to the 16:9 zoom applied for UA-cam viewing purposes, the quality looks worse than 480p. So what I recommend is, could you kindly ask the person you're interviewing to set the game's aspect ratio to 16:9 to at least get the full 1080p quality?
KB has nothing to do with the question because it is an imprint that cuts the low point of soc and raises the high point. If you don't have adrenaline imprints, if there's no synergy at the party, the average damage is higher using hallucinations. However, if you want something that has more damage than average, you should use nightmares.

I made a Sight focus Explosion build but I couldnt get into parties so I had to drop her sadly. People were saying I was hella noisy as well before each explosion spell and calling me a scrub for being floor POV after casting it.
What I've noticed that it's really easy to get MVP in raids where everyone is on ilvl. Since melee has to dodge a lot of patterns their uptime is usually really low. As sorc you can just safely position yourself before unloading all your shit
@@flutura2769 Depends on the raid. If back attacks are free, hit master classes can't compete with a deathblade or a striker. If back attacks are hard, cuz the boss spins a lot (Argos), then hit master wins. if it's a mobile boss that moves a lot (Albion, Calliligos, Valtan G1), caster classes like Igniter sorc or castflux sorc are straight up doomed. I will say that going with swift as secondary stat helps even these fights out - less max dmg potential, but more consistent dmg vs the annoying bosses. Works great in Prokel duel too, solo'd him last week with my spec/swift igniter sorc.

just try in trixion how fast you can refill your igniter bar. probably depends on how much spec you have

Why don’t you add both combos to your repertoire, figure out the differences and adapting them to the situation?

If your running adren the most important thing is to have a primer for going into igniter. During meter building adren is irrelevant

That’s what I honestly do and I feel like I do much more damage cuz sometimes you get very unlucky and the whole combo doesn’t crit

Sorcs ARE strong af, but if you let them deal 70% in GR and 50% in LR's your group is actual dogshit.
