      Since it's not the scalar product of two quantities we have to take conjugate for the phasor product.

      Jab complex number mein multiplication Kiya jata hai tab angle ka sum Kiya jata hai ... Yani ki jo resultant angle hota hai wo dono earlier angle ke bahaar chala jata hai. Jis se bachne ke liye current ka conjugate le lete hai taaki resultant angle dono phasors ke bich mein Heen aa jaye.

      Ye cylindrical ka hai power flow equation hai aur cylindrical hi kyu?
      Kyuki cylindrical rotor high speed me rotate karta hai compare to salient aur high speed me rotor rotate karega to flux bhi jyada milega jisse induce emf bhi jyada milega

    can anyone tell me why I*(current conjugate) is used

      In simple multiply voltage and current angle is added
      Which give wrong power angle
      So after taking congugate of current
      Then obtain power angle is ( voltage angle - current angle)
      Which is represent correct complex power angle .
      "Which is angle between voltage and
      current also"
      Which is also equals to power factor angle.
