I went to work in two of the factories in China currently churning out millions of face masks to meet the world's daily demand. One of these production lines was built in just 12 days as opposed to the usual 6 months! It's safe to say that I wasn't much help.

THANK YOU Stuart, for making this video, I’m so touched. When China gave away a lot of free masks to help other countries as itself just experienced one of the most gruesome time in history, people in other countries don’t really appreciate it, some of them even politicised it. My heart aches every time I saw it on news. When the aid from China, medical staffs and equipments, arrived in London, people left comments said: “get out, murders.” I was feeling China is kissing someone’s ass. Obviously this pandemic would only be solved when the whole world works, but it looks like, or at least feels like, working together is the last thing.
I hope you are being treated well and loved by Chinese wherever you are, dude.

中国的协调能力确实强大啊,这些工作人员也辛苦了,应该是几个月不能回家,看不见的,默默付出的英雄很多,感谢这些人
因为中国的社会主义优势，能调动的资源大都是国企和公立医院。私人医院这次基本不出力。
而且建一个中国石化这样的熔喷布工厂需要耗资上千万甚至上亿，也就是国企的优势了。不知道过上一年疫情基本结束了中石化会不会选择把生产线出口之类的回血。

The production of masks in China is very strict.
This is just standard, Chinese companies are well managed and 5S management is widely implement. Western propaganda still showing China as sweat shops but this is over, now every factory is well automated thanks to lack of big corporations which controlling the market thousands of small companies providing cheap automation, the machine which you see on this movie which manufacturing masks costs 50-100k USD before COVID and if some company willing to DIY it then it can be builded for max. 25k USD in 2-3 weeks, China is not a cheap workforce - china is cheap automation with very skilled management.
And this is how chinese Swipe all of our Masks! Chinese knows that China is the biggest manufacturing place for masks! However they still steal other people's mask and send back to China! It is a Plan!

没有人一开始是习惯戴口罩的，这次冠状病毒估计很多中国人都是第一次带起口罩。为了自己的健康，从我做起！也为了家人、身边的亲戚朋友、更是为了我们国家能尽早战胜病毒。
我们以前冬天天天戴口罩，太冷了😷
那可能是农村的吧，城市里从小就经常会戴啦，比如感冒流行期，或者学校里有人重感冒了，家长都会要孩子戴，从小就习惯了。

In China, if something urgent , people can work day and night regardless weekend and holiday!
This mini-doc is excellent. I hope Chinese manufacturers make up for lost time during the lock-down, a huge sacrifice. The Oscar winning documentary "American Factory (美國工廠) 2019 " - made by Obama's production company is also worth watching. You can understand how Chinese workers and American workers are practically from different planets.
Chinese factory is like Chinese restaurant. Producing products is like making delicious dishes. :-)
