When you think about it if orcs have the same mental capacity as humans they would dominate the world but if they're like this it makes sense. The more simple minded approach also makes the storyline of "this human was shunned by their family" somehow more interesting. Humans, their own kind and their own family rejects them but not this orc because she is simple and as long as "you do good, I do good, all happy" A simple mindset but one that works at this scale. beautiful
