You forgot to mention that overtake isn't allowed because of solid white line. All of them were breaking laws
Exactly, bro...In other countries, they follow the rules of lane markings. Indian people aren't aware of this because most of us don't follow the rules.
Single solid lines signifies that overtaking is not prohibited but it is discouraged so overtake carefully if required.
Double solid lines signifies that overtaking is prohibited.
Dash line means overtaking is allowed.
Overtaking is allowed with proper signal indicators & viewing in side n rear view to notice if any other vehicle is overtaking in the same lane.
Both things didn't happen from Blue Lamborghini's driver
It wasn't the Lamborghini's fault, it was the Ferrari, they knew that Lamborghini is already out of the lane and will overtake, Ferrari still tried doing a double overtake and tried overtaking both the Lamborghini and the Camper Van
They are already committing traffic infraction i.e. crossing the solid white line. Hopefully Italian police detain them and put rash driving charges

If you see closely the Ferrari driver is indeed in fault, they are overtaking two cars in a single go, and also since supercars have huge blind-spots, there is no way the Lamborghini guys saw the Ferrari, the Ferrari was in the Lambo's blind-spot.
Both were at fault but the Ferrari driver should have realised there is a car already ahead and should have been more cautious rather than trying to overtake in a tight space.

Dont worry guys, she and her husband are not safe, they broke the law in Italy, their negligence in part costed the lives of two, and they were caught crossing the solid white lane while not paying attention, although its not illegal, its not recommended either. Most probably the car was a rental, as they were on vacation!! If it was her husband driving, he would be thrown in prison and she will be busy finding a better alternative after coming to india, if she was driving , well she is not coming home for a while!!!!

I don't know if many people know this or not about white marking lane, which has significant rules followed in other countries, but in India, no such awareness is there. In this video shown, there is continuous white line marking, which means it is no overtaking zone. No one can overtake on another vehicle. If u noticed on the oncoming lane, no one was overtaking other vehicles. They were minding their own lane.
If there is broken white lane marking, the vehicle can overtake by seeing the surroundings. People must be aware of such a thing so accidents can be avoided by such carelessness. Because of these, 2 people died because of their own mistake & cause others life in danger.

Prateek Bhai- u r not suppose to cut solid straight line. It's there for a reason,which states overtaking strictly prohibited. We don't want such uneducated drivers on road.
