It’s lovely getting back to ‘civilization’ every now again, if for nothing else appreciating the serenity and beauty of your highland home! As someone who is attempting to abstain from rampant consumerism, these touristy shops full of lovely things are deadly to me. Getting better, but oh so tempting! It would be a good vlog Molly to talk about your thought process for when you know what is a good purchase for you.
Lovely video. We saw you in York - we were visiting it ourselves and we saw you in the area between the railway station and the river with your friend on the Saturday morning. My partner said 'didn't that young woman look like Hippy Highland Living' - we thought you had a double!
I really enjoyed this vlog. I originate from Ilkley west yorkshire which isnt far away. I now live in The Netherlands since 78 but since pandemic i havent been home since 2019 so this was nice to see.hope to visit next year all being well. I also have family who live in Harrogate. You were blessed with good weather and i hope you enjoyed your break and meeting your friend again.
As for me, September and October is the best time for travelling. The temperature is comfortable and weather is mostly good. Thank you for sharing your journey with us ♥
A beautiful video. I’ve just come back from a week in Scotland travelling round by train. Fort William to Mallaig return stopping at a lovely Air BnB overnight. Then off to Inverness for a train trip to Kyle of Lochalsh return and finally onto Edinburgh for a few nights (far too busy and very overwhelming, I’m definitely not a city girl). Then back home to Somerset. Love the Yorkshire video. My family are from there and have been many times. Your video brought back back some wonderful memories. So glad you enjoyed it there. xx

Lovely vLog. Harrogate! It’s one of our favorite places that we visit nearly every UK trip. Really like the Bean and Bud coffee shop. The gardens are lovely. Well produced. Thanks for sharing this adventure.

Hi Molly, just to say I love your channel, you have inspired me to visit the Cairngorms next year! Can't wait! We have had a day there to visit the reindeer but it will be great to stay a bit longer. How funny that we're also planning to go to york next month too. (We're from Cheshire) (me, my husband and animal family that is!) So glad you enjoy me content :). 1)I work for the RSPB as a wildlife conservationist, specifically working on an endangered bird species (capercaillie). 2)She does sit and paw and that's about it! 3)I'm planning to do an updated tour of our home soon as we've made a few changes :). 4) I take a tripod out with me on my walks :)

We actually went back into York on Saturday morning, about 9am, and it was a much quieter then :)
