There is a red and green indicator on inside of the door. Does red mean locked from inside? Thanks

I find it hard to believe that folks need to be shown how to lock/unlock the door. However, I do believe that if interior handle is not in the fully horizontal position to close the door then that has to be a manufacturing fault!

You failed to mention do not tug on the Hartal handle when the door is locked. This leads to the handle seperating from the opening spindle and landing on the ground.
