Like y'all I use a walking stick (tall like that one) as well. I've just had too many health issues over the years that've left me with blood pressure concerns and occasional unsteadiness so, while I LOVE getting out and hiking in nature, I know that I have to go slow and be extra careful so that I'm sort of prepared if I start to have a bit of a BP related "greying out." I don't really [usually] black out but I do sometimes get a bit dizzy or in the case of a rollercoaster at Six Flags I even lost my vision TWICE on the ride because of blood pressure issues. (I don't ride roller coasters anymore after that happened. Sad cause I always loved 'em but hey, we get older and have to roll with the punches sometimes. LOL) Safe travels y'all! This was a beautiful area
Nice to hear from you and yes, it's a great area with stunning sights provided one can handle to grade. Definitely is a good idea to catch our breath and if anyone balks, tell them to relax and enjoy the scenery! ;-)
