    One small error, 3d max is not just mainly used for stills there's a massive amount of animation and vfx work created using the software

    its an awesome tutorial ! it is very helpful :)
    but i have a question if it's ok
    whats the difference between Physical, Target and Vray camera? depending on what do u choose the camera ?

    • @NickVanLoon
      @NickVanLoon  7 років тому +4

      Physical is the camera used in the video and the only one you really ever need to use.
      Target: I believe but dont quote, is for animating because it is easier to move around
      Vray camera does not exists anymore. They got rid of it in newer version
      Basically use physical lol because you have more settings to control

    Great Tutorial Thanks too much!!! have one question, if i dont want Depth of field and just want to get correct lighting for my scene, which is better control it from camera settings using f/number or Shutter speed, or from Light Multiplier, for example Plane light or Vray sun ?

      Muhammad Ariff so the render looks fine until you save it? did i understand that correctly. if so i did some searching on google and seems to be a bug. if your auto saving, try to save from render output window. sorry i couldnt help more. odd problem

      +VanLoon3D (VanLoon3d) yes..that correct..so i cant use frame buffer..only can use render window right??

      @ankitdecor 7 років тому

      @Muhammad When you save the image in V-Ray Frame buffer, in save dialog box there is option Gamma..
      > Select override and in put value 2.2
      > now when you save the image, it should be like you viewed in the V-ray frame buffer.
