    I make my mashed potatoes in the instant pot the morning of. They stay warm all day in IP! Huge hit! Using a hand mixer to mix and putting cream, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper

    I always took a day off the friday before Thanksgiving and made all te sides and froze them in bags and prepped everything else i
    could. I set the tableand covered it with a bed sheet. Laid out and labelled the serving dishes and polished the silver. Great timesaver on turkey day, so i always slept an extra hour.

    Looks so good. Seems that the first turkey way the best. But I think her injected dry would be the best. It would taste almost perfect. I’m not fond of turkey but turkey that’s cooked like a fried chicken I eat that. Make some mashed potatoes ad gravy and that’s Al you need. Yum

    Unfortunally im brining my turkey the wrong day ( i got confused) its been lake 11 hrs, should I take it out and leave it in the fridge without brine. I dont wanted to get ruined, help!

    You said kidneys - those are gizzards, not kidneys.
