I've been living in Smyrna for almost 6 years and just found out this week that Nissan offers tours of the plant. This one is definitely on my must do list. Thank you for the video👍
I worked here on the weekend shift and I can say it’s very strict and stressful the managers and lead run their employees of by talking/ treating u like a peasant Ps. Last Nissan car I wanted was a 99 pathfinder that was a nice suv
Yeah good luck with that 17.50 a hr…I’m all for the working man and sometimes where you live unions aren’t present in these plants and most of these plants are foreign cars.. I’d do it if I had to, but I definitely would not be buying 1 single product from them, as the money rolls back to China.
Buy a new Nissan titan they said now here we are stuck with no truck once again motor is gone at 18,000 miles $48,000 truck and here we are having to borrow a truck because they won’t even give you a loaner freedom Nissan of Norfolk charge from them they do not stand behind their stuff no loan or no answers this sucks Starting to wonder if any manufacturer makes a decent truck anymore if they catching on fire they have bad engines too bad transmissions in the consumer pays the price😭😭😭😭😭😭 I Don’t think there’s a car dealership out there that puts anybody first we’re all just a fucking number

How lovely to get in the truck and drive over to Dollywood. 😊
I've only been to 2 of these tours since I moved here 7 years ago. I really hope they bring them back
I’ve been on that tour before when they made the Nissan hardbody pick up there.

I worked here for years. Not pleasant at all. Fuck nissan
Yea no doubt and the hrs can be a bit much. I’m planning on leaving in the spring
How long r the hours and how good is the pay?
The hours are from 40 to 65 a week mostly 50 to 60
Pay can be from 650 to 1400 a week depending on before and after taxes and other plans you have set up
Bruh i work here and we are only friendly cause we dont have time to talk and they didnt even show half of what we do
This plant needs to UNIONIZE and get paid double
Looks like they need a union
It's refreshing to know they do all this without the bureaucratic and legal hurdles of the UAW. Freedom and workers first. Thanks Nissan. 🚘

In September 2022 plant tours are STILL not operating due to “covid” crap. I find that ridiculous.

Cars built in Japan have more quality than the ones built in the US
No really a difference
Compare this video to Tesla factory tours. Nobody cares about Leaf.
