    @LukeCoutinho Can i do fasted indoor cycling than walk as its very sunny outside and cant do threadmill

      Hi Sun is not your enemy at least morning or evening around 4 pm sunlight is good it will be beneficial for good sleep and prevent dry eyes too.

      This is exactly what is happening with me ......and with maybe lakhs of people struggling to loose weight. We are metabolically unfit...so for us this is like Bible....hope to gain from this advice

    I need snacks 😢 especially when i m working. I try to have low carb snack and/ or combine with fiber. Nuts with a date or apple with peanut butter.
