Wow…my irons feel so good now. My golfing partners say that the sound, ball flight are real high quality. I’m playing links golf and the fairways are so tight and easy to chunk. But the shots are sweet!
This is great, well aware how trail wrist needs to be hinged on impact but never thought of using torso as you teach, which i think will let it happen naturally.
Thanks for sharing the information. Is there any check points to keep from overdoing it (in other words what to look at if the ball flights too low, and angle of attack becomes too downward at impact)?
Another good lesson from Lilly. Thank you!
Thanks!

I Lilly what hand do you press down with👍
TQ TQ
So lily the iron swing and wood swing r not the same
But pros ball always goes very high and far. Mine goes low but not too far. I am confused.
So iron hit, don’t bend your wrist, when you bend your wrist ? Driver and woods?
