PVC is a joke
I brought 2 fully paid plots in overseas block one to build one to sell 4 years ago. Now after all goal posts keep changing for possession now they want us to pay possession charges than start build within a month otherwise no possession. What are we overseas Pakistanis supposed to drop everything fly to Pakistan to start build. Haven't delivered a mosque, school, internet, gas or other amenities and after all this talking about phase 2.
