Parkview offering J block 5 marla for 70 lakh. I went to office asked them either change my plot from J to H as both have same price and I already paid off but they didn’t deliver since 3 years, but they refused and offer 40 lakh.

I am Overseas Pakistani. I am coming and file lawful case against PVC. Bcz I don't know my Plot location since 10 months of my booking. I think Overseas block is fraud for Overseas Pakistani .
