As a catholic myself I think you should tell a local church about that chapel, the tabernacle, stained class, and statues shouldn't go to waste to decay or even worse be vandalized.
Anthony Cappucci I certainly hope you’re wrong about the Catholic Church owning it. If they do they to stop taking donations if they are not going to at least put some of those funds to preserve the past historical value of these abandoned chapels.
you should try and find someone who was in these different buildings when they were active or at least still put together so they could help give you a tour of what it was like back then and what they experienced
I literally have been binge watching your videos for the last few days! My boyfriend gets annoyed cause I'm always watching them! Just found your page! I love it! ❤️
Josh you're an unbelievable young man and ur crew. You might be the only person/s to film these old places and I hope in yrs to come u will donate some film to the local museums. I do ancestry and with films like urs are what we love to see where our ancestors lived, went to school etc. I wish you and ur crew all the best and I love ur work. My great grandfather was in a orphanage here in Aussie and if I got a chance to see where he lived as a boy I'd jump to it. I'm over 50 and I watch ur Chanel. You should ring up some ancestry sites with ur work and the areas you have covered, it just might help someone become closer to their loved ones who have passed. Jane 🎥📹🔦👏🏼
Jane Gilmore OMG you are so right. I also continually follow up on the history of my ancestors and have learned so much. I have been able to back as far as the late 1600’s. I would greatly be appreciative of photos like these.. Maybe that would be a great new UA-cam channel to post that type of information.
The chapel, the altar, the statues, and all that stain glass was incredible. It still felt holy.mSo glad I got to see it still pristine. Thanks guys. Really enjoyed this one.
It's almost criminal how all these abandoned resources are not recycled back into society. I wish there were some companies or firms devoted to recycling material from unused buildings etc. And I'm sure a church somewehere else would love to include these abandoned pieces :S
Sarah Smith Aye, and that's a major problem thinking from a ecological/economical perspective :( In the long run it won't be cheaper, I wish society would start seeing that soon.
You can be pretty sure that this place has asbestos in it so it would cost a fortune to demolish it and the asbestos/lead paint pretty much has the whole building contaminated.
Christopher Smith it close on 1975 not the 1800 I’m willing to bet they refilled it and they didn’t drink it so it didn’t go by fast and judging by were the chapel it didn’t get rain in there so it stayed cold and moist so some of the water could have been in there
It's a boarding school. I went to one here in England, you slept, were schooled and ate there and went home to your parents (mine were in The Seychelles) 3 times a year. Your parents paid for this education but it was pretty much a prison.
Michelle Katzdorn my parents threatened me one day to put me in boarding school if my grades didn't improve let me tell you, they didn't drop much again 😂 one of my childhood friends went to a few but kept getting herself kicked out until her parents gave up and put her back into a public school
Muddy hey, I have a question and I hope you don't get offended... but did any pedophile type stuff happen at the place or is it that it's only some of them? I'm curious that's all
Great video!! Such a beautiful place! BTW: Slice was a product I believe made by Pepsi Co similar to Sprite or 7up. I'm 36yr old and drank a lot of Slice in the 80's.
Mark Grago actually not that old or valuable. The soda vending machines that bring the bucks are those that charged 10 cents and 25 cents. But still I am certain someone would love to have it.
One of my favorite things about this channel is how respectful these guys are about the places they explore, they hardly ever touch anything other than like opening doors, they don't take things, break things, or mess anything else up, it's left in the same condition they found it, he just comes and records all the cool stuff he finds and talks about how amazing it all is and I think that's really cool.
Josh, you must come to Laredo Texas to explore the abandoned mercy hospital founded by the nuns or "the sister of mercy" as they say, they're going to break it down soon, its sad to see it go,but maybe at least if you go we could at least see the history of what we once had or what it once was.
I just found your channel while browsing through UA-cam and I love watching people explore abandoned buildings. We have several abandoned buildings here in Sweden, one of them is located in Dalecarlia and it's a mental hospital. You can see it from Highway 70. It was built in the forest and it looks so creepy when you drive past it.
I love the fact that you stress that you are just there to "document and explore'. You show respect for the visible memories around you. That's probably why I enjoy your explorations so much.
if it's a medical wing, why were there no windows? I guess, if you're a patient, seeing the world outside somehow alleviates your ill-health. I guess, it's just sleeping quarters whose purpose is obviously for sleeping, a night.
the thing i like about Josh when filming/exploring is that he talks in the background while he takes videos of the surroundings and things, unlike other explorer who talks most of the time in front of the camera...good job as always :)
+Exploring With Josh Josh I would like you to know you are a huge inspiration for me I to love history and I want to explore old building one day or may be an anthropologist and also I love when you explore places like this it's so cool
I sure hope no one else ever finds this place ! I so wish all the people that go into old abandoned buildings were like you guys and never harm anything, you really care about the places you enter into, I love that ! I also love how you don't swear in your video's very respectful. I just subscribed because of everything I just mentioned, Thank you so much for recording all of these buildings for all of us, Thank you ! :0)
Extraordinary find!! Not a 'tag' in sight, anywhere!! Thanks for the respectful approach, and for keeping the location secret. This place reminds me of where my mother and aunt (both orphans) went to school...and it's similar to (though much bigger than) where I went to grammar school. Nicely done! :-)
There is one where Josh scares his friends. They're in a church and he finds a life-size dummy/mannequin. He arranges it so it looks like a dead person, and goes to his friends saying that he found a body ... their reactions were so funny
Of the several UA-cam videos on abandoned places I've seen tonight (3-7-2017), this IS the best. I love the oldest places found by its very rustic places. I am very glad to see & hear that your team just keep the places looking the same...just telling the world of civilizations that existed from our world's past. Of abandoned schools - they are my favorites to see. I've downloaded hundreds of abandoned schools in North America from various web sites. Amazing places...amazing "stories" of days long gone by. And THIS video...a Catholic girl school (I think that's what you said in the beginning) that was abandoned in 1975. Great! A place in the middle of no where...great. You guys did well on this place. Thanks!
Amazing. That it's abandoned with the altar. Many churches save that for the next one. Some people regard archeologists as grave robbers putting the dead on display with their dug up possessions. Wow to those chairs!
The room with all the little cubbyholes that had beds in it and a rod that the curtain would hang on that was probably for the nuns nuns don't have a lot of possessions like the girls would have the girls had a bigger rooms and the nuns just with the bed and maybe a locker.
that's while I'll continue to watch your stream and recommend it. you persevere and don't destroy and you have a real affinity and respect for the history of these places and people. keep up the good work and keep exploring new places
I just found your videos and now I'm addicted, I've been binge watching them for days now. It's on my bucket list to explore abandoned places, you're so lucky to have these opportunities 😍 #bless
All of the Catholic Church videos are INCREDIBLE. I honestly think they're my favorite. I can't believe how all the statues in this were untouched as well. Truly amazing
Josh you have an incredible sense & appreciation for Urban History. I really enjoy your channel! I am 65 years old and I remember attending a Catholic School that was built in 1927. Though it did not have a chapel, the architecture was beautiful. Thank You for sharing your wonderful productions. The quality is amazing.
Literally just found your channel and I have binge watching them all ! You just got yourself a new subscriber. Keep up the amazing job and THANK YOU for not being a clickbaiter like every youtuber
That chapel is really amazing, they no longer build more like that, maybe they should contact the government, a museum or the catholic church (altough now they seem to be more dedicated talking about Donald Trump, helping muslims invade europe and warning about the "evils" of capitalism). I am catholic unfortunately.
Your videos are amazing! They inspire me to research history, and read stories about what happened to different locations around the world, and want them preserved! Thank you!
Yeah I really like how you guys just go there to document it, not degrade the establishment. You guys have so much respect for the building, and I really like that.
This guy reminds me so much of my uncle. He always likes explore abandoned places. I went with him to a abandoned fort. It's called Fort De Charles. It's crazy to see that it was in surprisingly good shape and there was buildings they never even finished!
the students most likely had rooms but those partitions were for the nuns or monks who taught school, unless there were dozens of them. it's part of the vow of poverty. very interesting video! does the Church still own it?
I just love these types of videos I found you channel a few months ago while watching abandoned videos and I just love. It I really wanna do something like this. I've only been in 2 abandoned places but I could do much cause the one was on fire and the other one was really dark and had no stairs but there was an upstairs 😂 I wish I could've videotaped and uploaded it🙃 keep doing what your doing , much love 💞
(from google) In search of an earthly savior, Saint Frances de Sales Catholic School in Powhatan, VA served from 1899 to 1970 as a school for young African-American women. Known as “The Castle on the James”, Saint Frances de Sales Catholic School opened in 1899 and 115 years later, straddles a precarious limbo between demolition and restoration. These photos by Joel Handwerk of Lithium Photo aren’t the only such images of the approximately 50 buildings at the 75-acre site but they are among the most breathtaking thanks to Handwerk’s keen eye for the beauty and sadness commonly evoked by such abandonments. Credit the establishment of Saint Frances de Sales Catholic School to the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, a religious community founded in 1891 by St. Katharine Drexel (1858-1955), who was canonized a saint on October 1, 2000 by Pope John Paul II. Born into the fabulously wealthy Drexel family, Katherine made it her life’s mission to aid and assist downtrodden Native Americans and Afro-Americans. Taking the name Mother Katherine, Drexel would spend the better part of six decades (and about $20 million of her inherited and invested fortune) building schools and churches, of which Saint Frances de Sales Catholic School in Powhatan, VA is a prime example. After Mother Katharine passed away on March 3, 1955 at the age of 96, the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament could no longer depend on the Drexel fortune to fund their many facilities. Though the order continues to work with African-Americans and Native Americans in 21 states and Haiti, the abandonment and deterioration of massive complexes like Saint Frances de Sales Catholic School and its environs reflect the Sisters’ paucity of resources.
Was that a Pepsi machine? Wonder what year it was abandoned before any touch of the modern world tainted it. It's funny how everything else appears older than time and then there's a Pepsi machine lol
Kay-Lee Raps I searched pepsi machines online when I saw that. it looked as if was from the late 70s-80s. 70s machines had a different design for bottles and coin slots than this one.
Love that old Otis elevator at 1:10. Heck, if that thing got power to it after 40 years of sleeping, it would still operate more reliably than a modern elevator. I'm in the the historic elevators... love this channel.
Queen T yeah there's barely any since they're very expensive. I live in Dallas and never seen one of heard of anyone going to one except private schools.
Queen T there are plenty of boarding schools in the states, parents have various options as well but they have to want to go the boarding school route. many are used for parents who are missionaries or in the peace Corp and decide to keep children learning in America
What a beautiful chapel. I love the stained glass hasn't been broken, rare find that this place isn't vandalized and destroyed! That's wonderful. Hope nobody figures out where you guys are so this remains undamaged by anyone. Thanks for sharing this with us.
students are required to pray before and after every subject. there's a 12 o'clock prayer where you need to stop walking even if you're in the field. and a 3'clock prayer too. every "ber" months everyone needs to pray the rosary with each other every morning while standing in the open field. (if you don't have rosary you need to stand under the sun while everyone else has been in their classrooms already) lots of nun ghosts, a lot of mass, you need to pay for mass, offerings, charities. they have a lot of rules.
Your so so lucky America is so big and there are tonnes of old derelict/abandoned buildings in abundance. In the England there are a few but hard to get to. Would love to come to America to view some buildings in my life. I absolutely love your videos they are an inspiration to our heritage and past time. NEVER stop filming guys your amazing videos are worth the time. Dan (England)
No - Slice was a Pepsi product if my memory serves me correctly - I use to drink some of it - not bad - that's been 25 years ago - give or take -basically the same as Sprite - Slice introduced in 1984 by Pepsi- looked up on my LG3
It always makes me sad when I see a church shut down, particularly one that nice. I'm glad it hasn't been vandalized, but I wish I knew the story behind it. Seems a shame that it's been shut down.
Christopher Haynie He said at the beginning of the video that the school closed in 1975 so having a soda machine from a decade later would be quite literally impossible
diet pepsi was first introduced in the early 60's then discontinued before 1970's because of the sweetener. then slice soft drink was introduced in 1984
I have been a big fan of yours! since I first watched your abandoned santantic one and have been a fan SINCE! I love how how you respect the place and everything! I'm hoping oneday you decide to come down under in New Zealand and do some videos! that would be amazing!! until then happy exploring josh and many greetings from your NZ subscriber :) P.S you tube is playing me again and not telling me you have uploaded
Actually it wasn't an orphanage at all... It was a boarding school for African American girls. On the adjacent property there was a boy's military school. It closed in 1970 due to segregation laws. It ran for over 70 years. There's a foundation in place to restore it.
When I watch these videos, just looking at the places give me a sense, like peace, creepiness, finality, stuff like that. This one definitely gives me a finality vibe.
I adore every video you make josh, honestly its so sad, to see these places and to think people were in it, and why cant the state do something about it, this really makes me wanna be an a explorer. just because you see all these beautiful places. You inspired me, me and my best friend wanna start doing this soon. thank you josh ♥
Ok josh you win me as a subscriber with this video, Never banadalise is the rule number 1 of urban explorers, we do a lot of that here in mexico in places with lots of misteries and stuff, you should come sometime, theres a lot of avandoned places here in the middle of nowere and mostly are just legendised cuz not a lot of people are willing to do what you do, and i really like it.
As a catholic myself I think you should tell a local church about that chapel, the tabernacle, stained class, and statues shouldn't go to waste to decay or even worse be vandalized.
Somebody owns the building and land. I'm sure they know about it. Probally the Catholic Church owns it.
Anthony Cappucci I certainly hope you’re wrong about the Catholic Church owning it. If they do they to stop taking donations if they are not going to at least put some of those funds to preserve the past historical value of these abandoned chapels.
here's a challenge. find someone who used to go or live in one of your abandoned visits and take them onsite.
raykupal that’s a great idea
you should try and find someone who was in these different buildings when they were active or at least still put together so they could help give you a tour of what it was like back then and what they experienced
That would be magical!!
That's a pretty good idea
I was thinking the exact thing like what if they met someone who went there when it was up and running and they like game them a tour.
I think the mystery is what makes it so interesting
Easier said than done.
I literally have been binge watching your videos for the last few days! My boyfriend gets annoyed cause I'm always watching them! Just found your page! I love it! ❤️
+Tashina Parks hahaha awesome tell him i said hi!
Exploring With Josh hi ur my favorite UA-camr I LOVE your videos also it's nice to see a place where people don't destroy😀😀😀
Can I just say EXACTLY this is happening to me rn 😂
Same here!!! My headphones on and on auto play!!! I love abandoned places!!!!

+Exploring With Josh Josh come to Massachusetts

Josh you're an unbelievable young man and ur crew. You might be the only person/s to film these old places and I hope in yrs to come u will donate some film to the local museums. my Catholic girlfriend is shocked that they left the statues and tabernacle....those things are usually pulled from the churches rather than left.
It does look extremely heavy
Urban Explorers leave everything like it is!
Zero_105 just surprised the Church left it...
Aren't we not supposed to have statues or pictures of God ? That's technically idol worship right? Because it's not him
+KatieKatouree we don't worship the statues they are representations :)
How much you wanna bet slice was the old version of Sprite.
***** I knew it.
No it wasn't, Sprite is Coke. That was a Pepsi machine. Slice is the precursor to Sierra Mist.
+aaron71 sprite isn't coke you dumb dumb
+Random Commenter it's a Coke product.
+Cody Henry oh really? :0
Nope Nope Often cheaper to just leave stuff behind
Sarah Smith Aye, and that's a major problem thinking from a ecological/economical perspective :( In the long run it won't be cheaper, I wish society would start seeing that soon.
The companies need permit from the owner of the place in order to remove the items and most of the time they don't give it for free. Sad
You can be pretty sure that this place has asbestos in it so it would cost a fortune to demolish it and the asbestos/lead paint pretty much has the whole building contaminated.
That sucks so bad that it isn't "cost effective" to just use these places for people that need homes.
"this is where the holy water would be. is there still water in it?" can identify late 1800s furniture, doesnt understand basic evaporation
hahahaha so funny no sarcasm actually funny
Christopher Smith it close on 1975 not the 1800 I’m willing to bet they refilled it and they didn’t drink it so it didn’t go by fast and judging by were the chapel it didn’t get rain in there so it stayed cold and moist so some of the water could have been in there
Uh not after 45+ years there wouldn't be any water in it.
Yeah, the dude isn't the sharpest tool. I like the mute his videos.
@kwnyupstate hahaha the fuck are you on about
It's a boarding school. I went to one here in England, you slept, were schooled and ate there and went home to your parents (mine were in The Seychelles) 3 times a year. Your parents paid for this education but it was pretty much a prison.
You didn't go home on weekends? That's so sad :(
+Michelle Katzdorn I went home for the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays 😀
Michelle Katzdorn my parents threatened me one day to put me in boarding school if my grades didn't improve
let me tell you, they didn't drop much again 😂
one of my childhood friends went to a few but kept getting herself kicked out until her parents gave up and put her back into a public school
;(((
Muddy hey, I have a question and I hope you don't get offended... but did any pedophile type stuff happen at the place or is it that it's only some of them? I'm curious that's all
Great video!! Such a beautiful place!
BTW: Slice was a product I believe made by Pepsi Co similar to Sprite or 7up.
I'm 36yr old and drank a lot of Slice in the 80's.
That Pepsi machine @1:48 is worth money, especially if you restore it!
Mark Grago I am amazed at how great of condition it appears to be in.
40 cents for a can of Soda.
Mark Grago actually not that old or valuable. The soda vending machines that bring the bucks are those that charged 10 cents and 25 cents. But still I am certain someone would love to have it.
Imagine how beautiful this place was when it was open ⭐️⭐️⭐️
One of my favorite things about this channel is how respectful these guys are about the places they explore, they hardly ever touch anything other than like opening doors, they don't take things, break things, or mess anything else up, it's left in the same condition they found it, he just comes and records all the cool stuff he finds and talks about how amazing it all is and I think that's really cool.

that place that you said was "like an orphanage" is actualy the medical wing
if it's a medical wing, why were there no windows? I guess, if you're a patient, seeing the world outside somehow alleviates your ill-health. I guess, it's just sleeping quarters whose purpose is obviously for sleeping, a night.
I’m going to guess it’s a sleeping space for girls whose families couldn’t pay for them to have a more private room
the thing i like about Josh when filming/exploring is that he talks in the background while he takes videos of the surroundings and things, unlike other explorer who talks most of the time in front of the camera...good job as always :)
was this back when you had your old camera bro? looks amazing

I also love how you don't swear in your video's very respectful. I just subscribed because of everything I just mentioned, Thank you so much for recording all of these buildings for all of us, Thank you ! :0)
As a Catholic, I'd love to go there.

I've found the location. all info is on the blog on my channel :)
I'm part of a small youtube channel and we wish to know this location, as we do the same as them.

Do they ever pump into each other and get scared? ;)
You mean bump, right? :/
pump i don't think so:\
KeyranSolo lol!!! oh dear! yes, bump!!! ;D
im sorry... ;)
There is one where Josh scares his friends. They're in a church and he finds a life-size dummy/mannequin. He arranges it so it looks like a dead person, and goes to his friends saying that he found a body ... their reactions were so funny

I really want to visit places like these. I've always had a thing for old abandond buldings.
You guys are bringing back memories when I used to explore abandoned houses & buildings. Where is this place located? Is it in the USA?
You should contact people so they can go and get all of the stain glass and valuables out before it gets vandalized
That chapel is really amazing, they no longer build more like that, maybe they should contact the government, a museum or the catholic church (altough now they seem to be more dedicated talking about Donald Trump, helping muslims invade europe and warning about the "evils" of capitalism). I love the nightime background in ur pic. Very cool
Man i have that moment in life when you feel so cozy and happy... Summer holiday, explorations, a beautiful life, sunny day. What could you ask more?

CUDDLY PANDA!!!
cuddly panda!!!!!
That awkward moment when your waiting for the notification and realise your not even subscribed 😂😂😭😭😂😂😂
That was fabulous! What an amazing find! Great job walking us through!
Slice was awesome back in the day. Tasted more like 7-Up than it did Sprite. It was replaced by Sierra Mist.
Your videos are amazing! They inspire me to research history, and read stories about what happened to different locations around the world, and want them preserved! Thank you!
Josh needs to learn to let music fade out between scenes so it doesn't feel like you smacked a brick wall when the music suddenly cuts out. ;)
Yeah I really like how you guys just go there to document it, not degrade the establishment. You guys have so much respect for the building, and I really like that.
The soda machine costs 40 cent to get a drink WHAT THE FUCK ITS A 1.50 NOW
That machine was prob back in the 1970s where it seemed cheaper back then.
Do you not know the economy? MONEY HAD A LOT MORE OF A VALUE THEN.

That old pepsi machine is probably worth a ton!
It's fantastic to be able to see inside these old buildings, thank you for posting them up.
I wonder if they ever catch anything creepy on camera
When he went to suicide forest at 8:11 I think if you look really closely there was a person walking than seen the and than quickly hid behind a tree
They Do lots of times and I still watch they'd videos at night IM STUPID
+LJVids there's for sure something there
Can't remember exactly what video, but they went to an old hotel and heard a guy yell and ran out
I just love these types of videos I found you channel a few months ago while watching abandoned videos and I just love. It I really wanna do something like this. I've only been in 2 abandoned places but I could do much cause the one was on fire and the other one was really dark and had no stairs but there was an upstairs 😂 I wish I could've videotaped and uploaded it🙃 keep doing what your doing , much love 💞
I could've eaten that Catholic school
Lfmao
😂😂😂😂😂😂
you make my day.
And you are happier than us spoiled western people. Lucky you.
Crazy when you first walk in the floor missing and all around you see someone trying slowly repair it
I just recently discovered your videos and love it, love abandoned places.
Why was it abandoned? They just left everything and never came back. And where did all of the kids go?
Snicker Doodle they grew up lol
Snicker Doodle when schools close most kids just go to a new school
I think the kids just grew up.............or under the floorboards 😱😱😂😂😂
Snicker Doodle I would imagine that the kids went home
So jealous you get to go around to these amazing places. I'd give anything to be able to see these in person. Keep up the great work!
70s machines had a different design for bottles and coin slots than this one.
franceska counts thanks. i was wondering lol
KayLee this place was closed in 1975 my automatic guess is it’s from the 70s
i just introduced my little brother to your channel and he's hooked. awesome videos josh.
I'm just going to act like I didn't see that figure at the end of the hallway at 1:22
holy fucking shit, i see that :')
Holy shit I saw that too
I think it was his friend
what the actual fuck
That was for sure one of the two friends, I could hear him talkin
Love that old Otis elevator at 1:10. Heck, if that thing got power to it after 40 years of sleeping, it would still operate more reliably than a modern elevator. I'm in the the historic elevators... love this channel.
Do they not have boarding schools in America? He seems very shocked that they slept there...
Queen T yeah there's barely any since they're very expensive. I live in Dallas and never seen one of heard of anyone going to one except private schools.
Thats crazy. They are very common in Australia and pretty affordable too.
Queen T there are plenty of boarding schools in the states, parents have various options as well but they have to want to go the boarding school route. many are used for parents who are missionaries or in the peace Corp and decide to keep children learning in America
Tanika Morrison
im in America and there are some boarding schools but they aren't that common
They used to be very common, but now are too expensive and have mostly closed.
What a beautiful chapel. I love the stained glass hasn't been broken, rare find that this place isn't vandalized and destroyed! That's wonderful. Hope nobody figures out where you guys are so this remains undamaged by anyone. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I Go To A Catholic School Like If You Do too
Ramy4ever Fast what is it like?
students are required to pray before and after every subject. there's a 12 o'clock prayer where you need to stop walking even if you're in the field. and a 3'clock prayer too. every "ber" months everyone needs to pray the rosary with each other every morning while standing in the open field. (if you don't have rosary you need to stand under the sun while everyone else has been in their classrooms already) lots of nun ghosts, a lot of mass, you need to pay for mass, offerings, charities. they have a lot of rules.
some nuns are very strict too.
Ramy4ever Fast
I do too!! :P dont like the uniforms but I met some good friends and the teachers r nice
Miss SavvyCat ikr my school uniform is shit nobody likes wearing them at my school

Isn't this also a place Dan Bell explored?
hi cody and friends i love the way you do these videos keep up the great work and please do more as i realy enjoy watching them.
You never heard of Slice ??
Sprite right?
No - Slice was a Pepsi product if my memory serves me correctly - I use to drink some of it - not bad - that's been 25 years ago - give or take -basically the same as Sprite - Slice introduced in 1984 by Pepsi- looked up on my LG3
Nice vide again !! Your guys are awesome respect the building don't vandelise ore scare each other ! Keep up the good work ;)
It always makes me sad when I see a church shut down, particularly one that nice. I'm glad it hasn't been vandalized, but I wish I knew the story behind it. Seems a shame that it's been shut down.
Natural decay, no vandalism! TrueType a great find! That one room with the individual kitchen areas was for Home Ec. Wow brought back some memories.
Bet those were Nuns cubicles..
ive never known kids to sleep in the schools
THE HOT ROD GUYS KAI It happens here we have a lot of boarding schools where kids live
O
THE HOT ROD GUYS KAI

its called a boarding school. seriously. too many commenting need to pick up a book once in awhile.
THE HOT ROD GUYS KAI bording school
This is such a cool channel. This is only my second video but I am already subscribing. So glad o found this channel.
The soda machine is from the late "80's" or early "90's". It's not that old
It is still probably thirty years old though. It is older than him.
Christopher Haynie He said at the beginning of the video that the school closed in 1975 so having a soda machine from a decade later would be quite literally impossible
diet pepsi was first introduced in the early 60's then discontinued before 1970's because of the sweetener. then slice soft drink was introduced in 1984
LOL. 30 years isn't old. 😂
Bliss AMAZING!! I've been trying to find out what it was but was unable to. thank you.
You are such a good honest guy..and I just love watching you explore.
Looks more like a all girls catholic boarding school..
Mary Ripberger
that's cuz it was
When I watch these videos, just looking at the places give me a sense, like peace, creepiness, finality, stuff like that. This one definitely gives me a finality vibe.
pretty sure I could make some joke with it being Catholic and untouched but I think I'll pass :P
Once again, another great video!! :) I love all of your videos josh. Thx for all of these videos they are really interesting and exciting to watch :)
The statues are protected by God
Yall are so lucky to be able to do that !!!! Awesome as usual !!!!
I adore every video you make josh, honestly its so sad, to see these places and to think people were in it, and why cant the state do something about it, this really makes me wanna be an a explorer. just because you see all these beautiful places. You inspired me, me and my best friend wanna start doing this soon. thank you josh ♥

Awesome Place! Looks like a great explore.. Nice job
